EXCELLENT FOOD, EXCELLENT LOCATION!!!! PLAYGROUND IS USUALLY TOO WET OR IN THE SUMMER, TOO HOT. THEY HAVE A PLAYGROUND, BUT WITHOUT ANY COVER OR SHELTER, TOO MANY CHILDREN NEVER CAN ENJOY THE PLAYGROUND. WASTED UR MONEY PUTTING PLAYGROUND, THAT 100% OF THE CHILDREN CAN """""NOT"""" ENJOY """EVERYTIME""" AND """VERY RARELY""" EVEN GET TO USE OR ENJOY THE GROUNDS. THE MANGER , SHE IS THE SWEETEST AND MOST HELPFUL AND ALWAYS MAKES SURE MY FOOD IS FRESH AND COOKED CORRECTLY.ALL MANGER'S ARE SUPERIOR!!! SUPERB PERSONALITY!! 10 HIGH 5-S TO THE MANGER'S, AND INCLUDING SUNDAY MANGER AND SUPER HIGH 5-S FOR WEEK DAY STAFF. I NEVER AM ABLE TO GO AT NIGHT THOUGH. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS WILLING TO MAKE SPECIAL ORDERS; ACCORDING TO DRS' ORDERS; IF I ; OR U HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS; AS LONG AS IT'S NOT TOO COMPLICATED. THE WHOLE STAFF ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO PLEASE & ALL WORK HARD FOR THEIR MUCH DESERVED TIPS!! ALL COOKS ARE EXCEPTIONAL ON THE DAY SHIFT. I really should know better than to go to Sonic in Keene, but I had a lapse in judgement, so I pulled in to the drive through at 6:20 on a Wednesday evening to order a couple of burgers. We had some requests on the burgers; Texas Toast on one instead of a burger bun, I asked for everything on one, along with grilled onions and pickles. The other was a regular bun, with grilled onions and pickles, and no lettuce, no mustard, and no ketchup. I should have known the order would have been jacked up the moment the lady couldn't understand what we were ordering.

Fast forward 20 minutes later (20 minutes for 2 burgers and tater tots at that...) and we get our food in a single bag that looks like it had been used at football practice a few hours earlier. We get home and see the order is completely wrong, I think the only thing they got right was using Texas Toast on one burger. No pickles, no grilled onions, condiments all mixed up, etc. By this point my day is wiped out, and I simply don't have the energy to go back and tell them how badly they desecrated my order. Not that it would have made a difference, because from the looks of the reviews on here, the Sonic in Keene is not making any effort to improve their service.

Oh, did I fail to mention that the employees who were in the kitchen all appeared to have zero motivation, or desire to be there? One person was scrolling through their phone, oblivious to the world around them, 2 other people were just focused on themselves, just waiting for their shift to end.

This location has always been awful and still is. I was hoping it had improved with the new management but after today, I will not be back. I went this afternoon to pick up one order and place another, very simple order. I waiting for 15 minutes for the one I placed and even asked about it when my pick-up order came out but I eventually had to leave without my 2nd order because I had an appointment. I went back later when I had more time and they were less busy. There were only 2 other cars there at this point, I placed a very similar order as the first time. When the girl at the window confirmed my order, I politely reminded her that I would like ranch and mustard packets as well. She rudely said they will be in the bag. I checked before driving off, and guess what was missing... ranch and mustard. Coincidence? Maybe but it was very annoying either way. I had already waited for about 10 minutes for my order and then had to pull around again to get the condiments that should have been in the bag already. The receipt was also missing and the 2 plain hot dogs that I ordered were way overcooked. I wish I had noticed before I left so I could have had them remade. I will say the food has somewhat improved and they can make a decent flavored drink now (but don't expect light ice, even if you request it!) but the service is just as terrible and...
