I want to start out by saying that I am a regular customer here. So I ordered my food online today and paid about $48. When I left my house to go pick up my order I forgot to add ice tea to my order. I thought I would just pay for it when I get there. When I arrived I let the lady up front know that I had an order. I asked if I can order ice tea as I forgot to add it to my online order. She responded to me and said "Do you have cash because card is a minimum of $5" I told her I did not I only have card. she then told me sorry (as in I can't do it) So I left and I went next store to the convenient to buy a drink since my food was not ready. I was a little upset and when I came back and I gave them feedback. I let the lady know which I assumed is the owner that I was a regular customer here and that I come here every month maybe even twice a month (I spend $30+ when I come here) I told her from a customer service perspective that if I'm spending $48 dollars and made a mistake of not adding a thai ice tea which is $3.50 I shouldn't have to make another minimum purchase of $5 to get thai ice tea. I understand that using a card charges you a fee but even with that fee you are still profiting. She apologized and offered me a free thai ice tea but I didn't take it because I had to say something about it to get it. I know the owner will probably be ready this but the little things with customer service goes a long way. Not that this matters to you but you now lost $60/month from me. That $.50- $1.00 card fee you were trying to save did that. Let this be a learning experience Bai Bua...

After getting my food home and openeing it up I realized my order was made incorrectly. I put my food back in the bag and went back to have it remade. Before getting to explain specifically what was wrong with my order the women working up front just grabbed my bag of food and disappeared to the back saying nothing. I tried to get the attention of the cooks to tell them the modifications I needed done to my food but was blatantly ignored. Finally the women returned and I began explaining my order, her attitude gave me the impression she was unhappy about having to help me and wasn't listening to a word I was saying. I was completely taken back by how rude and unprofessional she was behaving so I then decided to leave telling her "nevermind, I will take my business elsewhere". I then asked for a refund, she proceeded to spend the next couple of minutes arguing with me, at first refusing the refund. Considering we brought all of our food back I demanded a refund. She eventually agreed to give me a refund after making sure to waste several minutes of my valuable time. I myself work in the restaurant industry and know the importance of customer service. I was disgusted by how completely unprofessional this place was. Oh and to top it off they took my bag of food back from me after it was inside my home and set it right on top of there prep table next to a bundle of green onions, which I'm certain would be a violation of health codes especially with the covid19 at it's all time high. I will never go there again not only did the food suck but the the people who work there...

Best Thai in Keizer…there’s also the yellow house which I see and and off closing. If they do, then bai bua will be best in Keizer. A lot of the time, my chicken is overcooked in pad Thai or curry. Almost makes it paying $2 more for 5 singular shrimp for the meat bump price lol. Jk. I know Where to go for a quick craving of Thai if it’s in Keizer. If you can drive, go to commercial street TUP Tim. Bai bua does have a decent Thai tea. That’s the least I can say

On a different note, DO NOT feel inclined to tip more than 10%

This restaurant uses shopping apps to shop for them, sometimes $35-85$ and the tip is never more than 2-4$. Since they tip so low, their order is usually BUNDLED with a decent tipper. I’ve watched their order sit for over 40 min, total pay of $7.50,M WITH A tip $2. Then I watched As they added double the items including a 35lb bag of veggies. When you add in driving to the store for them, shopping for them, and delivering for them, that tip almost doesn’t add up. I’ve taken my business elsewhere, and only eat here out of desperation.

Restaurant score-3...

As a Vietnamese Chinese person… my Husband brought me here the first time and all I have to say is… it was wonderful and I love Thai food but this restaurant is Legit Thai cuisine and it feels like comfort home food that my parents would cook and I mean this restaurant is legitimately a mom and pop family restaurant. I look forward to coming back again with my husband and try their other foods especially their duck fried rice next time! I love to support small family owned restaurants especially when it comes to mom and pop families that runs it and the little boy was so cute I hope he gets to learn more of cooking and helping out with family members! It is what I call home and tradition to me! It just hits different! Thank you for the experience and food! I look forward to coming back and supporting the family restaurant! 🥰💕🩷

Vegetarian friendly - lots of choices for vegetarians and meat eaters. We were there during the grand opening. Very busy, but still didn't have a long wait. Service was friendly and competent, but if you want a glass of water make sure you let your server know. We ordered/shared Gang Pa, spice level 5. We ended up adding more heat (available on every table!), but many people probably wouldn't. Very tasty and we definitely recommend. We also shared the Spicy Basil entree. We got this at the "regular" spice level as shown on the menu. Quite mild. It was also very tasty, though. We're looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. It would have 5 stars, but the bathrooms are tough to get to if you're in a wheelchair, and the table layout is tough for a wheelchair, too.

The best part of this place was our waitress. We’ve been holidaying for 3 weeks now and she’s the best server hands down!! Friendly, funny and efficient but not overbearing. I’ll measure all servers by her standard now. The food was average. We had the tom kha soup and a shrimp dish with avocados and veggies that came with a peanut sauce and shrimp type dipping sauce. The shrimp were coated and fried and they were actually good, the veggies were a good choice too as we’ve been eating a lot of fried foods while on the road so they were a welcome treat. The soup was overpowered with the lime. I prefer the soup base to have a coconut forward flavour. The base is the star of the show and it was not what I expect for Tom kha.
