Update: Something awful was added to my coffee this morning on August 6th for the very first time that made me very nervous and paranoid, my trust in this place is betrayed. I somewhat lost my sense of security with this place which was disheartening and disappointing. Whatever substance they added turned my urine a really ridiculous shade of neon green/yellow. Didn't like it, reported to my doctor and the health department. Manager wasn't available to take my feedback. Worker took my message to relay the first thing to Manager on Monday morning. I still love the atmosphere though. For that, I deleted photos. My review is open to interpretation...

This is the closest coffee shop to my home so I have been back half a dozen times at least hoping for a better result.

The service is friendly but they mess up your order about 1/3rd of the time in my experience.

The coffee is consistently bad, and so is the chai, avoid the chai.

The coffee is overpriced, I just paid $9 for two basic 12oz drinks. I would accept the price if the coffee was good.

The food is your typical pull it out of the freezer and put it into the microwave trash.

When you pay the easy options for a tip are 15/18/20%. You can pick no tip, which is not a nice thing to do, or take the extra time to enter a custom tip and hold up the line. There is no reason to tip 15-20% for a process that should take 2 mins from start to finish, and for bad tasting coffee no less.

I've been to this specific Bean Location a few times now and the building is larger than most and had an actual posted drive thru and menu to start. The prices aren't clearly listed, but the baristas are usually nice and tell you if you ask.

I don't go for these products often as I don't particularly like coffee and don't have the money usually, so when I go and treat myself and they get my interesting drink correct, it makes me so ecstatic and really starts my day off right! 😝

I quite enjoy a little conversation with my drink, and the particular visit I'm reviewing for; my barista was extremely friendly and happily conversational, as it's really awesome to have a friendly smiling face, and one so willing to share some kind words to start off my day...
