Here’s why I’m only rating one star; I placed 3 orders, 2 ham and cheese and one turkey, bacon avocado. All 3 orders were wrong when they came out. The two ham and cheese came out with egg on them. One was suppose to be no cheese but had cheese on it. The turkey, bacon, avocado was supposed to hold the tomatoes and add cream cheese but didn’t do either. Half way through my sandwich I realized I was missing my chips, when I went to the counter to inquire, they showed me I was suppose to get them myself from a small shelf (currently only had 3 bags on it) behind where I was standing at the counter. Who knew. Speaking of the chips, when I ordered she told me they only had ONE flavor of chips, BBQ (although irrelevant, they are my least favorite) We were not greeted with a smile upon entering the establishment nor given a smile when I stopped by the counter to ask for a small bag on my way out. The only person that seemed to like their job, was the gentleman that brought the food to our table with a smile. Einstein’s has been around a long time and I’m sure has a sufficient training program in place to ensure better service and proper food orders. I understand “things happen” but come on, all 3 orders? There are other places that would be happy to have us as a customer and I’m sure would show that by greeting us in a friendly manner or at least with a smile and would probably thank us for our patronage upon paying or when leaving. Read moreI went here this morning on 9/30/24 with my wife and she ordered the brisket bagel sandwich. She has ordered it at this location previously and when she checks the sandwich it has literally 3 or 4 slivers of brisket very small amount. When we spoke to the manager. She stated it is 2.5 oz but it looked like less than an oz of brisket very small. She stated she would fix it but it will be a $3.39 charge to add more brisket. This unacceptable to charge someone a total of $15.00 for a small bagel sandwich. The employees and manager could care less about providing customer service. They just looked at us and stated they can not help us without charging us the extra money. I will not be patronizing this business anymore. The way we treated is unacceptable. I have been to the other Einstein bros locations in the metro plex and they provide way better service and the brisket sandwich had more meat than what the Keller location provides. If I could give a zero I would. Worst service and food portions I ever received. Y’all need to train your staff and also put more portions on your brisket sandwiches. I am not wasting my money. The young woman said to just enter it in the app and they would change it. I told her I’d get out of line and be back. I got out of line, placed my order for 2 dozen and then drove up to the speaker. I told her I was back and she told me to pull up. When I did she said she couldn’t split up the flavors. reminded her I told her what I wanted before she told me to place the order in the app. She said she was trying to tell me but this thing and pointed to her headset. Not true. I was the only 1 in line and it was quiet. So I asked now what as I had paid. She told me she’d give me one and to reach out to customer service through the app for a refund.
