i Fratelli Pizza Keller — Restaurant in Keller

I decided to give them a try last night because of so many rave reviews. I have since become convinced that all the great reviews must be from people who either own the franchise, or work there. I do not know what else would explain so many people claiming to like this pizza. Unless they have recently changed their recipe. There was one review that stated that the pizza tasted like cardboard, and that was right on the money. I ordered the medium create your own with pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, and light sauce. While I have never actually eaten cardboard, I can totally believe that that pizza tasted like chewy, lightly seasoned cardboard. The only things that tasted good about it were the olives and mushrooms. I did order light sauce, but there was no sauce. The delivery was fast, but the pizza was cold. I had a few bites, and it was pretty much the worst pizza I have ever had. I called them back and told them to send someone to get it back, and to give me a refund. I told him the pizza was cold, bland, and there was no sauce at all. He was very apologetic, and offered me a refund, and a free pizza. He promised that it would be good. It arrived within 30 minutes, barely warm, and again, no sauce. There were lots more toppings, but as tasteless as the first one. They did also send a free piece of cheesecake, two chocolate chip cookies, and a walnut brownie, which were all very good. Their deserts are tops, but they are a pizza place, not a desert place. ORIGINAL POST I normally love this pizza!

BUT last night was awful.

I always order my pizza with extra sauce & light cheese, yes IM ONE OF THOSE PPL😬 and it's always perfect. I'm not a cheese eater,😝 so it's the perfect amount. It's always just a little sprinkled on top. YUMMMY 💯

However, last night's pizza was just NOT AT ALL OK. 😫 We ordered half with extra cheese half with light cheese. The entire pizza came with a thick cheesy layer on the bottom underneath the toppings. Great for cheese lovers. Not for me or how it has ever been prepared before, and then on the extra cheese side, it had about the same amount on top. It was overkill on the cheesy cheesiness for me.🧀🍕

I ended up having to scrape off all of my toppings and then recover a few to eat on a thin, sauceless sort of version of a greasy cheesy tasting crust for me. That's just not what I ever wanted and not what I normally ever receive.

Probably the best delivery pizza in town. Their house salads are great, the pizza is a nice, thin crust with good fresh toppings. I'm so glad they built this one close to me so I can now get it delivered.

I have ordered from them multiple times and it is always good. The last time I ordered, the pizza they delivered wasn't right. I didn't notice until the delivery driver was already gone. I called back up, was given to the manager, who was very friendly and helpful. He made it right by personally making sure the new pizza was made correctly, then driving it himself to my house! He even gave me an extra card for a free pizza in the future.

With service like that and pizza that is so good, we will continue to be...
