Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Keller

Absolutely worst food I’ve ever had, and worst customer service. Ordered a 5 piece MILD tender and a chicken sandwich since the commercial made it seem extremely good BUT to no ones surprise, they messed it up.

I first got to the window , to pay and the cashier she was a nice girl but you could tell she was new and not properly trained. After payment I hear the manager yell “we only got 3 tenders, ask him if he wants 2 spicy.” As to which I told her I don’t eat spicy food it would make me sick. I told her very nicely that I would wait as I’m very rational and I don’t mind to wait. But the cashier got a very concerned face as if I had just asked her to do surgery or sum. She turns around and ask the manager “what else do you have?” Completely disregarding the fact I said I would wait for regular tenders. The manager responded “regular chicken I could give him some” so at this point I realized they couldn’t be bothered to make their paying customer regular tenders. So I just told her spicy was fine and went on with it. She rudely closed the door and they was talking back and forth about me yet she didn’t realize the door was half open. ASTONISHING ! Since I’m a person that doesn’t mind things I just ignored it.

Then I FINALLY received my food and I had 2 biscuits with this meal. Which I asked for honey. So apparently they are out of honey or the cashier just didn’t want to look. Who runs out of honey for biscuits ? As to which point she handed my food not even a thank you or nothing because the manager kept talking to her about something. So I left.

I live 4 MINUTES from this location. I got home. I opened everything . She gave me more portions of stuff which normally would be nice right ?!

Well NO because:

1. 1 out 7 tenders I received was mild.
2. apparently in 4 minutes the food turned ICE cold and hard and nasty it was hardly edible.
3. my chicken sandwich wasn’t in the bag.
4. no utensils and literally 4 packets of ketchup. For 5 tenders, and fries ? Wow.

I decided to go back for my sandwich because is what I TRULY WANTED and for some reason I decided to torture myself and think they’d do it right. Well, I went to drive thru again and let them aware of that and they said to pull up. In which the cashier asked what kind of sandwich and what not. I received my sandwich. To a big sloppy mayonnaise mess.

Truly they didn’t apologize for any of it. It was absolutely horrible .

I would have called the restaurant or did a survey they usually have on receipts but again. I didn’t even receive my receipt. No surprise.

This was absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD in a restaurant.

I will NOT be coming back ever again, and I advice EVERYONE to be wary as my family has always had issue with...

Delicious food with “AWFUL Service”

This location has supremely horrible service. The staff are rude and always rushing you when you ordering the food. I and my husband experienced this awfully services more than 10 time. We were extremely patient. The always forget to give us sauce, drink which we paid for. Last time, they forgot to gives us three drinks that I paid for. I was driving over the window only 3 meters away so I parked my car and walked back to the window and knocked it to get my drink!! I told them they forgot my drink, the lady asked me which drink you ordered, I told them then she told me to get back in the line which no car behind me!!! She did not even say “Sorry “ that forgetting and yelling at me to go back in the line!! Then close the window on me!!!How come can’t they just passed me the drinks. My drinks should be right there! They should have them already, but no!! They did not even have them!!! Another place would told me “sorry about that” here are your or tell me to wait in the car then they will bring drinks to me. I couldn’t stand these staffs’s behaviors! Anymore!! They are so rude and unprofessional every time we come to get food here!! The place is always closed their doors. Only drive trough* and it’s so badly that most of the staff are just exactly have the same awfully service *** I love eating Popeye so much !! I wish there is another branches nearby I made up my mind yesterday, will go to another chicken place instead!! This place is not deserve a star for service. Also the menu order monitors has been broken!! since 2021!!! Unbelievable!!! Not recommended this branch at all!!! Not worth it to deal with rude staffs and you have to check the food that you ordered before leaving all the time!!! BC their did not...

Appalled I tell you.

This fine Monday morning started out with an early rise and an insatiable hunger for chicken. I take a gander at the several fast food restaurant gift cards that I had acquired on Christmas Day. Whataburger? Sure, that's a good one. But the sleek orange-white color-palette of another card catches my eye. Which card you might ask? Popeyes. Now I may tell this story like it's humorous...Just a joke, right? Wrong. After I'd arrived home, indulging in a few fries--I am glad I'd caught it with my haste..The fry had already been dipped in ranch when I noticed the dark phenomenon nearing my facial cavity...

My eyes nearly burst from their sockets and I let out a screech that had my mom yelling for me to shut the (redacted) up. I have genuine proof, so you know I am not talking out of my ass as the employees like to place theirs on the fries. I'm not sure if it was a scratching situation that led to the plucking of the usually-tucked away hair but I am certain that this did not come from anyone's head as it is shorter and thicker than that of a head. I even had my brother compare the hair from our scalps to the one on the fry to see if I was wrong, but no. I am never wrong (Unless our hair is brittle and the employee has a thick, healthy sheen to their hair). I can only wonder if I have pooch essence in my mouth.

I hope I am wrong in my judgement as this is a very scarring experience. Point is there was a hair. I know it's a possibility when ordering fast food, I just wish it wasn't for me.
