Subway — Restaurant in Keller

Food was very good. But the gentleman working behind the counter was horrible. I brought my 85 year old mother in for dinner. She ordered a foot long but wanted it cut in half and wrapped separately so she could take home half for lunch tomorrow. He told her he wasn’t allowed to do that he could give her a piece of paper and she could wrap it. She also asked for mayo on both sides of the bread said he wasn’t allowed to do that. They are only allowed to put mayo on one side of the sandwich. She doesn’t hear well and he seemed very aggravated with her. He was not helpful at all. She ordered a Philly cheese steak and he looked at her like she was stupid. He said don’t have chili we explained she wanted Philly cheese steak and he was like oh I thought she said chili. He also said that there is a camera in the store and they watch everything that he does and if he does anything wrong, he will get in trouble. Or he needs a lesson on customer service. If there is a camera, you need to be listening to the sound because the things that he is telling the customers is ridiculous. He proceeded to tell us that he’s only $9 an hour like...

The staff here is not clean they do not wash their hands the drop food on the floor and pick it back up and put it back on the line and serve it to people their bread is not cooked fresh daily like it supposed to be sometimes you will get bread that is 2 or 3 days old they change the dates on their items in the coolers and at this particular Subway off Keller Parkway their line is down or your veggies are held there is ice underneath it in your veggies are not held at the proper temperature this is an accident waiting to happen I think the health department needs to come in and check this place out on their last inspection they were only 40 points away from being shut down subway fresh is Subway old this is the most disgusting restaurant ever me nor no one in my family will ever eat at another Subway every especially one run by Virginia Lynch she is a corporate manager and I have seen her reach in and grab cheese and pepperonis with her bare hands and put them...

Every time I've ordered on the app from this shop it was either wrong or late; sometimes both. Yesterday was no exception.

Look I know we just had some hazardous weather come through that crippled supply lines, so I wasn't expecting much. I lowered my expectations. But it was worse than I had hoped for. I wouldn't even be out if I hadn't lost power for two days and lost all my refrigerator contents.

The bread was several days old and crumbly; the person cut all the way through the bread so what didn't crumble off from the staleness fell out of the bread altogether; one sandwich had two wrappers on it and looked like a pack of stray dogs mauled the end of it while the other had one wrapper with the end of the sandwich hanging out.

Now I know why it was BOGO 50% off. Not worth it.
