Taco Casa — Restaurant in Keller

I have never had worse service than this. I have been coming to Taco Casa for a few years. Tonight has left such a bitter taste in my mouth, that I will not be coming back, ever. They are the new Taco Bell to me. The drive thru was literally all the way to Keller Parkway, so I decided to go in with my 5 year old son. I figured ordering inside may work a little better. I placed my order @ 7:23, and waited patiently as I started to realize others being frustrated with how the inside was not moving the orders. After 30 mins a gentlmans wife that was waiting in the car, came into Taco Casa and told her husband that the tacos are not worth it and they need go. I took my receipt up to Noah the cashier and explained that I believed they had lost my order and handed Noah the paper work. Noah came back and apologized and said they were short staff that night. After another 10 mins, I went back up to the counter and asked once again about my order. This time a lady said yes here you go, it was a single small bag with frijoles beans in them, which was like 1/8 of my order. Now I'm upset and started explaining to her that they had lost my order once again. I here them talking to one another, saying we had this order awhile ago....duh! So now I'm standing in front of the counter waiting for them to finally finish my order, so we can just get home. They finally get my order and I check it and it's mostly correct, but not...they didn't put my nachos in my bag, all 6 of my tacos were so greasy, and barely any lettuce on the. My Chilada literally had 3 freaking black Olives. Also the meat that was supposed to be with the nachos I never got, barely had any in the tub. So for a 1hour wait, I still got an order that was incorrect and unfortunately could not wait around any longer for any corrections. I will not be going back anytime soon, if ever. Wish there was a 0 star i went on taco tuesday and expected it to be a little busy but sat in the drive thru line for 10 min and it didnt move not even 1 car so i went inside the store lobby wasnt even half full i saw 3 or 4 people waiting on their food 1 guy said he was waiting for 40 min and he didnt get his order the whole 30 minutes i waited there before i gave up on this place i saw a lady ask for her money back and the cashier said the manager was the only person who could do it and he said that he was not going to get her because she was in the office i left after 30 minutes didnt get my food. This is not the first time i went there i have gone through the drive thru 4 or 5 times it doesnt take that long but they always mess up my order and i have to go back through to get it fixed and they are rude and deny that it was their fault even though i show them the reciept they have terrible customer service and the crew looks like they are all fresh out of the pen i get that everyone has to work but probably dont put the guy with the swastica tattoo on his arm and face tattoo at the front counter i dont get how this place is still in business everyone i talk to who has gone there said they would...

Very good food, usually neat, and generally quiet. However, the few problems can be drastic depending on the occasion. Clearly underpaid staff show little enthusiasm, but genuinely appear to make an effort. The greater issue is with lack of consistency. Although all locations have similar pricing, this specific store varies wildly when an order includes anything custom ordered. Our son likes to make his own cheese quesadillas so we order flour tortillas and cups of cheese for him. Every time we come here we are given different responses from "we can't do that" to " we have to charge you for 2 cups of cheese to get one", and not yet has the price been the same on consecutive visits. In this case it only adds up to less than a dollar but can be frustrating when you would like to have a worry free stop. We have learned to expect these deviations and still choose to go because the food is what you expect from the Taco Casa brand. Very, very good...
