Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Keller

This store is absolutely the worst! The manager is lazy and obviously does not want to work. I have given them several chances and it seems to just get worse! I tried to order 60 pizzas a month ago for a work event and the manager said he'd rather not, then called for a teenager to come hear my request & they both laughed. I was so put off, I chose to do business elsewhere. Then today I tried again, hoping there was a turnover with management. NOPE!!!! I wanted a $5 "hot & ready cheese pizza". What a joke! He said "you have to call ahead for the hot & ready pizzas." Really? 20 minutes later the pizza was taken to the office & eaten up quickly & we realized we needed one more. Here we go again, sent the business partner this time. Went in, waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, the same said manager yelled "How am I supposed to get anything done?" because she inconvenienced him by being a customer walking through the door... The same order was placed, amazingly the pizza was now hot and ready, HA, and her change was thrown on the counter. No thank you, no nothing. No issues with the food, but the lack of service...

This store use to be quick and efficient but now you can’t even get anyone to answer the phone to put in an order. This is the THIRD time in a month that this has happened. If you call the phone will ring 30+ times and when you go in to order the staff is completely RUDE. We began trying to put in a simple order for one Pepperoni with stuffed crust at 9:00PM ended up having to go to the store and at 9:45PM was told they were closed when they do not close until 10:00PM. I asked who the store or district manager was and was told there isn’t one there ever but the store manager was named Manish and wouldn’t be there until Wednesdays. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Find another...

Placed an order online just to get to the store and it wasn’t opened. I sat in the parking lot trying to contact customer service for a refund. Owner pulled up and apologized and asked to give her 15-20 more minutes. I waited an hour. I asked for a complimentary bottle of soda and the owner told me no! And then had the nerve to argue with me talking about he couldn’t give it me! Definitely calling cooperate. This is very poor customer service! On top of that, pizzas were being made while dealing with filthy money without hands...
