Ten out of five stars!!!!!!!!! I had the Chipotle Halibut! Oh my goodness, it was so DELICIOUS! I asked for extra spicy, and he did not disappoint. I am in Alaska fishing, and I am going home with some.... So I thought I'd ask in the off chance that the chef would share what is in the secret sauce that made the dish so delicious, as this is the best preparation of Halibut that I have ever tasted!!!

The Chef Juan did not disappoint. He called me back into the kitchen and showed me how to make the dish!!! I can't believe it! he was so nice to take the time to show a tourist a few chef tricks. he also explained that the Chipolte sauce can be used to make other dishes like fettuccine or used as a topping on burritos .

I recently dined at a local Mexican restaurant, excited by the aromas of spices and the promise of delicious flavors. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated. One of the most significant letdowns was the meat served in my dish, which I found dry and lacking in flavor.

I had ordered carne asada tacos, expecting tender, juicy steak and chicken marinated to perfection. Instead, the meat resembled something more akin to a rubbery texture, lacking the rich, smoky char that is often the hallmark of a good grill.

You guys have your good days and bad days. Some of your staff are helpful and friendly. Some are obviously only there for your tip and somehow aren't really trying to get it. When eating in, the food is always delicious andfresh, however if I order take out, it is always cold and soggy. Even on the dearest of days. And no, it isnt because i show up late, I get there ON TIME, if not early. It always appears as if it's been sitting for at least 30 minutes.
