Not only was I unable to place an order on the app well before 8:45 PM cutoff but we were hoping to make a basic turkey sub it shouldn’t take 15 it’ll be fine but that’s until we arrived, they hid. Glad I wasn’t interested in the register unlike some folks we have all ran into working any food or retail seemed wrong to just leave the store front unattended at all if you don’t like work find a new job.
When my girlfriends order came through we drove to the store and made it to the store at 8:45 to see all lights on and no cars in the parking lot and no employees just an empty desk and her order on the shelf. The sandwich was lacking in a lot of ways not even close to normal amounts of sauce they put the chicken was cold like it wasn’t even warmed up granted the 10-12 minute ride it was to the store and it was fine all together 5/10. we split the sub just for my side to have a whole stem on it from a pepper that was literally an inch long I don’t comprehend how you didn’t see or feel it when putting it on the sub with blinding fluorescent lights too right above you. We like crunch not the crunch of biting into a miniature log in your subway.

I needed 12-6” subs, with limited customization. The customer service was slightly off putting. They reluctantly agreed to prepare my order, even though it was apparent they didn’t want to do so. The younger gentleman behind the counter rolled his eyes, huffed and puffed and was off putting. His attitude made me to feel as though my business was an inconvenience to their shop, even though nobody else was ordering at the time. The restaurant was empty. In the end all was well, I was organized and breezed through the ordering and payment process within 10 minutes. There are limited options for quick service lunch in Kenai for a group. We had asked him to change his gloves as he had just helped someone check out and was touching the computer and money, and he got upset and threw a little fit about it and then came back with new gloves and threw my sandwich together very sloppy and wrapped it up with all the veggies not in the sandwich. I’m not one to complain but really? My boyfriend (who asked him to change his gloves) was in no way mean or rude about it.
