Aja Food Truck Miller — Restaurant in Kendall

This food truck is gross. Eating there felt like I was having street food in India (if you know, you know) For clarification it’s on miller and 106 ave not 106 street.

Two women were working at the truck with black gloves that looked disgusting and then one proceeds to clean the floor of the truck with dry napkins and her shoes but then picks up the napkins with her hands grabs a clean napkin for “barrier” and doesn’t change the gloves to start preparing orders. They got the customization on two items from our order wrong but that doesn’t matter because we were too grossed out to eat it to begin with. I was disappointed with this place. I passed by it a few times I wanted to try it so I decided to do it. I ordered a few things I ordered their hamburger quesadilla mixto Maicitos mixto and Salchipapas . They have a sign that advertises everything on their seven dollars but that’s not true.
