The managers at this location that I’ve encountered have made a horrible impression on that entire restaurant. There’s one in particular named Frances or Francis or something that seemed to just dislike me on sight because it’s been twice that she’s acted like she and her crew can’t read or understand English to complete orders right. Whenever I go to pick up there’s always things missing that we have to correct her on and she acts like it’s MY fault for forgetting the stuff. I’M NOT THE ONE MAKING THE PIZZA, YOU ARE. I’m paying to get exactly what I want and if you think I don’t deserve that, you’re wrong. You guys can’t even cut the pizza or breadsticks all the way. I ordered a pesto pizza and they forgot to put it on before baking so Frances just Willy Nilly squeezed cold pesto in careless blobs over the top of the pizza. And she always sighs and acts like it’s extremely intellectually difficult to make a complete correct order. The place is always empty when I go. I’m petty because I’m tired of this location and will never come back. I will pick any other location over this one. I’m normally easy going and friendly because I’ve worked customer service and Frances has no sense of it. I don’t know her personally but she acts like she wants to make it personal. Unprofessional. The machine ate $1.50 and when I went to talk to the lady manager, she could have cared less. She directed me to call a 1-800 number for $1.50! Nor did she even acknowledge which machine it was where she could at least put an out of order sign on the machine to avoid other patrons having money stolen. Instead of her refunding the $1.50 to us and her dealing with the vending machine people herself since they are in HER restaurant. She did NOTHING! This was an opportunity for a whine to shine to simply provide good customer service vs passing it off on someone else, your patron to deal with YOUR problem! Read moreMmmmm pizza. I haven't been getting my pie fix from pizza hut but i am glad i came in the other day. It smelled good upon entering and the staff was friendly. I was notified of a carry out deal so that's what i ordered. I also got wings which were a little dry for buffalo wings and i forgot to get ranch dressing, which the server i kinda wish would have reminded me about but hell i got some at home anyway. So i got back to where i was headed and started shredding that pizza like a vampire in a coma ward. It was a three topping large for a price im ashamed to mention on account of feeling like a pizza burglar. Pineapple ham and onion.
