Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Kenedy

I truly hate to bring up this terrible experience. As a man of fine tastes I enjoy a big juicy cheeseburger every now and then. Thinking of this day truly brings back memories of pain and heartbreak. As I pulled into the glowing and beautiful order menu, I began to fantasize about my upcoming meal. Perhaps I was feeling adventurous and wanted a chili cheese hotdog with onions, tots, and a blackberry slush. Or perhaps I was going the easy route and getting a chicken strip dinner for one, complete with toast, fries, and an ice cold fountain drink. My how my blood was running! I could just taste the variety of flavors! Alas, as soon as I pushed the red button, I knew things were awry. What had started out as 2 minutes dragged to 20. My stomach growled, my head pounded, and worst of all, my heart was broken. I desperately yearned to hear the voice of my savior, the one who would take my order, but that time never came. I left shortly thereafter, feeling hungry, and depressed. So, the machines were not working, the employees were pretty much yelling at each other, the kitchen seemed to be messing around while a group and I were waiting for our orders. Then our orders, which were individual for some parts, were all mixed up and messed up. The fries seemed to be thrown in, with tater tots that we did not order! And the machines to order were so messed up with an error message on one of them. This was around 9-10 p.m. Also my superior had to help the lady count the amount of change. What was suppose to be quick and fast, ended up taking an hour to finally get some decent food. My order was wrong but I had enough so I stopped. Placed order on app, showed up about 5 minutes later, and am currently waiting about 25 minutes later. Pressed red button, no contact, however I see someone moving around inside. I hate to speak poorly, but I've seen several vehicles drive off with a very emptyparking lot and drive thru line, and only now 27minutes later is the drive though line moving; I'm still waiting 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨
