Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kenedy

This Kennedy location was horrible. 8 of us arrived at 10:03pm trying to make it for lobby. We asked if we could at least go in and order and we were told no. We understood so we went to drive thru. It was 10:10pm and we told the gentleman at the speaker that we needed some time because there was a lot of us and we needed to look at the menu. A couple of mins later another employee, a female, informed us that it would be a 45 min wait on anything with shredded chicken or beef? Beef? Really!? IT'S TACO BELL. They are open till 12. So they were just not gonna have anything ready for 2 hours and make any would be customer wait 45 mins? Anyway, we said that was fine. So we then began to look at the menu to see if we could find anything that would not make us wait so long. The same female employee then told us we needed to hurry and order because there was a time limit. There was no reason for that at all. The were no other cars in line. They were also letting there friends in lobby who were in pajamas. I have worked in customer service for nearly 20 years and I've literally never been this surprised at the lack of professionalism and over abundance of incompetency. Whoever owns this franchise or whoever manages this chain needs...

I am highly disappointed with this fast food restaurant. Today i made a mobile order, i picked it up and only 1 thing in my order was almost correct until i drank it and found out that wasnt even right. I ordered a cravings box with a chalupa with no tomatoes, a 5 layer beefy burrito, cheesy potatos, and a starry night drink. I had also redeemed some of my points to try the new cantina chicken taco. Here is what i got, a doritos loco taco with bean, sour cream, cheese; a bowl of black besns and rice some nasty burrito with rice, beans, and cheese sauce. I also had asked for 20 packs of mild sauce and got 4 packs of hot and 1 pack of fire. I thought they had gotten my drink right because it looked like starry night but when i took a drink it was nothing more than carbonated water...YUK! I mean i get that this job does not require a lot of skill but to be employed you would think they could hire folks that can read and comprehend the simple orders.

This actually saddens me as I quite enjoy Taco Bell and have eaten it for years. I just moved here to Kenedy and now if i want Taco Bell i will have to drive 30 miles in order to get it.

Not a happy...

I passed by Taco Bell on my break and i told the lady on the intercom that i wanted the dorito loco tacos and she just told me to drive up, didn’t give me a total or anything. I drive up and tapped to pay, she then gave me my bag and it felt light, I looked and there was only one taco in there and saw my card was charged for $3.24 ( in my opinion is a lot for one hard shell taco but whatever ) and asked her if she got me down for the meal and she said no, I asked her if she could change it bc that’s what I had originally wanted and she just closed the window without saying anything, went to talk to someone then came back & said that her manager said I needed to drive back around to reorder, I asked why if i was already at the window ( and no one was behind me, they were dead ) the girl proceeded to say that she didn’t know, that’s what her manager had told her to tell me. I go to this location all the time and I have never once had an issue until today. I tried to call the store to talk to the manager to see if maybe it was a mistake but I called several times and nobody picked up, not once. I definitely will not...
