Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kennebunk

Do not, under any circumstances go to this pathetic excuse for a Dunkin Donuts. My family stopped there after a long drive from down south, and all we wanted was a little breakfast. This dream would not be realized. I ordered my usual, medium Iced coffee with cream and Splenda, and it was completely undrinkable— it was acidic and somehow simultaneously tasted like soap. For a moment I thought I’d been deliberately poisoned.

My father and my fiancé ordered an egg and sausage with white cheddar on croissant and a egg and sausage with regular cheese respectively, and my mother ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese also on a croissant. Only two of those items materialized. Can’t speak to their quality.

I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese wake-up wraps. Those appeared with a third wake up wrap with sausage, which was supposed to be my fiancé sandwich. Were the people behind the counter having active, simultaneous aneurisms? The wake-up wraps were also hideous and had paper...

There were at least three people working and the orders ahead of me were completed before I ordered on the self service kiosk. The employees proceeded to make the coffee orders for four customers that ordered after me. Once the customers behind me had their coffee orders, an employee stepped over to start my bagel order. The bagels were over baked before they went into the toaster so when they came out of the toaster, they were especially overcooked. They didn't realize they were out of cream cheese until the bagels were placed on the counter. The employee walked away to find cream cheese. By the time the employee put the cream cheese on the bagels and had my order ready, the bagels were hard and not warm. Mobile app allowed me to make an order, got to store and was told they closed and couldn’t reverse my order and I had to do it myself. Insult to injury, google lists they are open to 8pm. Other Dunkin’s have been able to reverse and give cash back to mix mobile orders. So is any of this true or did you lie to me and close early since you told me you closed at 6pm and were still there at 730pm when your hours at listed till 8pm. None of this is that difficult, just be honest, be open when you list you are, and solve customers problems instead of pushing it off. Do better,...
