Burger Box — Restaurant in Kennedale

I would put zero stars if it allowed me!! Tonight i pull up in the drive-thru one car in front of me. I order small shake. 2 small ice creams and a banana split. A truck shortly after gets behind me. The car in front still has yet to move or pay.....15mins in. The truck behind me starts honking. This goes on for 10mins. The lady in front of me never paid, never got hee food and finally drove off. I pull up and ask to see if my ice cream os melted. Yes im aggravated. I have two kids under 3 in a drive thru line waitning for ice cream at 8:30pm. I told the young man that he easily could have asked the woman to pull to the others door and walk her food out like a gentleman and the line could have kept going. The manager steps up and says "its ready when its ready" super rude i might add. I again say my ice cream is melted its been 25mins!! He said look i can give you a refund, take the food or honey get...while waving his hand threw the line like get out. So i went... Before i broke anything. As i pulled away he yelled extremists at me!! I eat at this place 4 times a week. Its overpriced but close to home and it has a play area for my kids. Until they find a new manager or i receive a apology i will never be back. I'm well known in the community and i have a lot of friends and family in Kennedale. This story will be spread. I refuse to be treated that way. Btw: this isnt the first time he has been rude... I usually just see him as a dick and rub it off. Do not eat here if you want respect and speedy...

Entered restaurant and was welcomed by I assumed the manager sitting at one of the tables. I step to the counter at which a younger worker gentleman didn’t greet me but was there ti take my order I ordered the number 2 double meat with cheese and fries combo the younger counter person proceeded to hand me a cup for my meal and hand his fingers in side cup as he sat it down after I paid I proceeded to my chosen seat and as I looked up my food almost beat me to the table mind you I haven’t heard a sizzle from grill or nothing. And true to be the fries were cold as ice the burger which had cheese on it did not have hit enough meat on it ti melt the cheese. I chose to use not asked for hot fries. As I approached the counter again another worker was posted up against a machine on his phone which has germs all over it and I did not see him go wash his hands before making drive thru orders I sat and ate for 30 mins and not once smelled any fresh cooked burgers or fries. Several people came through in drive three and I’m sure got cold food. The second batch of fries were also cold. I guess the protocol is to pre-cook food to not have to rush but when people pay hard earned money for food they want it hot. I am so disappointed. I will never rate here again. I guess it’s the franchise ownership that has low standards as other big box burgers are fair better quality of food. Maybe the franchisee should re evaluate who they grant restaurants to. Thus...

Don't Go Here.

Arrived and placed our order. There wasn't much of a "lunch rush" here at 12:00 (noon)... and now I know why.

After ordering the food, they brought it out Burger Box style, like the other locations. After a few bites, I bit into an area of the Burger that was not fully cooked. By that, I mean brown on the outside, room temperature and raw on the inside. I assumed it was an accident, and asked for a replacement "well done". The replacement was brought out to the table again, Burger Box style... And was not the Burger that I ordered. No cheese, and the bun didn't feel warm at all. The meat looked cooked, but at this point, I'd rather have a refund, than take a chance of getting something wrong on a third try. I still have the taste of raw meat in my mouth.

Service was slow, to moderate. No smiles, and they seemed to be watching a television show behind the counter.

Ambiance was okay, a few dirty tables, but mostly quiet. The play area for kids was empty, so not sure how things are when kids are there.

Since the primary reason to go here was for food, and that was such a hassle and still ended up wrong, I cannot recommend this place at all. I can't imagine the problems someone might have, if they ordered online or over the phone, and ended up with the...
