The initial ordering process was fine, they took our orders and repeated them back correctly. I had ordered $70 worth of food unfortunately, I have 2 teenagers, myself and my husband eating so it gets costly. When we get to the window to pay I can hear an employee inside making smirk remarks about how much was ordered and about how we ordered the whole menu. At first I played a long with it and agreed and just laughed it off. The lady at the window asked me what I had said so I told her I was agreeing with your coworker there. She closed the window and continued to charge my card but it was declined, I had given her the wrong card by accident. That's when I could repeatedly hear him talking bad about my family and I and how much we ordered. I gave her the correct card then asked her if he normally talks about people whom has bigger orders that way and she confirmed he receives numerous complaints all the time. I asked her who the manager was and she stated she was the manager on duty and she would speak to him as she had already told him to stop and that it was disrespectful but he hasn't. She apologized for his misbehavior and asked if I needed any additional drinks while waiting. She was actually the HIGHLIGHT of my experience because he definitely destroyed my experience and is the reason for the 1 star. She made me feel as if she was truly apologetic for his rudeness and I appreciate that especially after spending nearly $100 on take out! Whoever he is, really needs to sat down and spoken to about how customer service works. I understand people don't want to work these days but there are so many other jobs out there he could have chosen if he did not want to take...

I asked to please give me a minute as i pulled up so I could review the menu and no answer but could hesr people . Then I ask if still have bone in wings"Mind you been years and I used to get bone in at the location on Sublett and Cooper in Arlington, a very rude voice comes through (KATTY) and says" WE HAVE NEVER HAD BONE IN WINGS " in a be- littleling way. I proceed to askfor a #1- 4 piece and she (KATTY) says original spicy or mild or mixed , again been a while I've been here I thought maybe thought I was ordering just regular chicken and is why she asked original spicy mild or mix. She responds very rude , ORIGINAL /SPICY/MILD/ MIXed, not explaining that is how you can get it. I instantly felt not welcomed for my buisness so i proceeded to the window to ask for her name. It is obvious to me she hates what she is doing or her JOB since buissness was none at window and at drive through or Dine In. They have call in orders and I watched an old co-worker of mine stand outside the door calling and knocking for over 10 minutes until finally someone came to help. The old space was 3 times the size and the drive thru wasn't a place where accidents do happen as evidenced by the down spout that they and their landlord haven't repaired. Their employees have to stare out at a patch of grass with trash that looks like the flea market down Mansfield highway where nobody charges or pays tax. The chicken is a family favorite but the owner could give a flying fish ๐ about his employees having to work like dogs and the investors eating the food paying for his plate dinners!
