Valentinos NY Pizza — Restaurant in Kennedale

Valentino's new location is in Kennedale. They sold their original place on Matlock and slid over to Mansfield Hwy. It's the same great pizza they were known for over in Arlington. They are re-establishing their customer base in a more centralized location. Rehman is a customer friendly entrepreneur and is eager to please his customers. I ordered a large Supreme Pizza, a half dozen mozzarella sticks, and a Strawberry Cheesecake. The pizza was larger than I had anticipated and will be having leftovers for a couple of days. I loved the cheesesticks and the cheesecake, but the over-the-top customer service was the most impressive part of dinner. They were fast, friendly, and very accommodating for my dinner guest and their unique requirements. Valentino's will be my local pizza parlor of choice. Pardon their in-progress growing pains as they remodel and upgrade the dining area and kitchen equipment. I see a bright future for this family owned pizzaria. Come say hello to Rehman and let him make you a NY style pizza. They also have delivery available for authentic NY style pizza.

This was our first time here and I can say it was great. The crust was just crisp enough to hold its shape when you fold it and still give you that crisp bite without breaking in to. The sauce was excellent. It would make a great dip for the pizza. We had a pepperoni pizza with just half of the pizza having pepperoni on it. It came out into 4 perfect slices of cheese and 4 perfect slices of pepperoni pizza. This small attention to detail makes a difference. Most places would just cut the pizza however. The pepperoni added a nice flavor, not just an ingredient. It added to the pizza itself. My daughter said this was a pizza she would want to have again. My granddaughters agreed. It was really good. The service was excellent and it was done very quick. This was like a pizza you would take the time to make at home. All of the ingredients seemed fresh and homemade. Not out of a box. I had a to go order last night for My Aunt and I. Large Margarita Pizza and a Supreme Calzone. The pizza had too much grease!! the top of the pizza was soaked in grease and bottom of pizza box big grease stain and the basil was dried!! tomatoes were in little chunks, not a whole tomato. The calzone had one pepperoni slice and one sausage it was not edible no seasoningand no flavor very bland with extremely too much ricotta cheese. I just called and I spoke to the owner, Ousman. He said it’s a pizza that’s the cheese telling me he made it himself it is worth the $10 he said I can make me another one for $10 and I said No, No!
