Subway — Restaurant in Kennedale

I will never ever step foot in this subway location again! The guy making the sandwiches with the dreads needs to tie his hair up that is gross and his Attitude is just awful he complained bc he had been busy and by himself....dude it's your job.....me and my husband get cookies from their almost daily and never had a problem until now....I and he even chased me outside like he wanted to fight and disabled female and I had my kids in the car.....this is not acceptable at all i will be calling corporate this location has lost a costumer for life i will just drive to Arlington or go back to eating Jersey Mike's where i was never...

It appears that this particular subway location does not care about retaining customer. I ordered 4 breakfast footlong in advance to be picked up at 8 for my 845 meeting. I was told since morning crew comes in at 7 am that it would not be an issue. I received a call stating my order could not be fulfilled since morning crew still have to attend to other customer. Was not given another option other than 8 am is not possible. I only ordered 4 footlong not a dozen. I work in a service industry and this kind of service is not acceptable. End up cancelling my order and will never come to this...

Literally the worst subway I've ever been to. Ordered online walked in 10 minutes later and no one had started on my sandwiches. A kid comes out and I sat down so they could make it. I ordered a veggie sandwich with every vegetable except cucumbers and banana peppers. Left 25 minutes later with a sandwich with nothing except avocado lettuce and tomatoes. My other sandwich had, no banana pepper, no mustard, no extra tomatoes, and no avocado or extra cheese which I paid for. Hardly any mayo on it. Nice kid that just wants to talk, not make sandwiches.
