This donut shop was sold less than a year ago. The family that owned it before these owners and even the ones before them were always great people and very nice. Now? Not so much. Asian lady was working the drive through window and was as rude as she could possibly be. The first owners of this donut shop that I remember were literally my babysitters as a child growing up. Now I've made a vow never to go back to this donut shop which is extremely sad for me. I grew up in that place and the woman inexcusably was acting as if she were disgusted I was there. It's the closest place to me to get food so you can imagine how bad it was for me to vow to never go back. I even cringe just thinking about the fact that I won't be returning there again. Customer service is a hit or miss. Some employees are super nice - some aren't friendly at all.
My pet peeve? Give me a bag for my purchases! I don't want to be handed 6 to 7 tiny white sacks for each selection and then handed my drinks. If you ask for a bag to put them in, they look at you like you're crazy. Seriously!
I'll keep coming because my grandson loves their jalapeno piggies after football practice, (Go Wildcats!) but I'll have to start bringing my own...
