Wendy's — Restaurant in Kenner

Lovely staff....I enjoy my wife telling me how she was cursed at by the drive-through cashier. When she asked to speak with a manager regarding her behavior, she stated SHE was the manager. After discovering that she was not the manager, she obviously wouldn't provide her name. When my wife stated that she'd like to speak to corporate, she was laughed at and cursed at again. We live close to this location and used to frequent it regularly. Over the past year, it has fallen to the wayside and has become complete garbage. I've been recently, and the day shift crew is far superior to the night shift. I honestly have no complaints about service from the day crew. The night crew on the other hand, is just atrocious. I've been in the drive through several times at night during business hours and was never greeted to order. When I drove around to the window, I found the staff laughing, hiding, and turning the lights off. God forbid they actually had to make my order. At this point I no longer trust this establishment to serve food without the fear of it being tampered with. It's really a shame that this once higher quality Wendy's has fallen to this low level. We know several other people in our area that have experienced many of our same issues. To the franchise owner, I really hope this gets to you and you reevaluate the staff that manages your...

Wendy's has always been my #1 fast food option. But this location is by far the worst location, in the area. My fries are always cold or double fried to heat them up. The Fries are the main reason I go to Wendy's. The drive thru employees are rude and don't listen very well when you are giving them your order. Thebsweet tea tastes like watered-down coke. Their breakfast chicken biscuits taste like they are overcooked and 2 days old. I have not gotten a receipt the past 8-9 times that I've been there (maybe more). They always ask to pull back or forward to get off of their timer. They don't want their slow order preparation to be revealed and exposed. 1 out of 6 or 7 orders is satisfactory. I think the regional management team needs to spend some time at this location and help them get their quality of service and food back to what Wendy's has always been known for. Throw the whole staff out the back door and re-hire everyone with adequate and appropriate training. When I go to Wendy's in other cities or states and they make this location seem like they are serving dog food! Wendy's was my first job and I know there is a standard of quality and expectation. This location fails across the board. Fire everyone! I'm giving 2 stars for the location...

Staff Not Customer attentive, 7 Customers in dining room 4 at one Table 2 at another and 1 unhappy Man Voicing his Confusion about Wendy's wi if and Repeatedly asking How to get the wi if not to cut off by the time he typed in the Item he was Searching! Staff employees told man to go home and use his wi if? This was said Numerous times? He did have a legitimate question! Wendy's WiFi cuts you off every 2-5 Minutes so Therefore it's not a free Wi if site we are aware that the Site is not Safe Protected but if your searching is not sensitive Matter It should go through instead of Cut off and need to find the WI FI CONNECTION AGAIN WE WERE THERE 37 mins the gentleman was there before us and he was trying to search a Club that had Bands playing there that weekend to my knowledge he never got on the site due to wi if cutting him off Employees acted as if this were a surprise that the site dies that? But they should not tell customers to go home and use their own and Stop Mooching off their Wi Fi! Why then Advertise it has Free wi if! I myself tried to login and search a Movie wanted to see the IMBD info on the Star! Never made it past Movie had to Reconnect to...
