Lovely staff....I enjoy my wife telling me how she was cursed at by the drive-through cashier. When she asked to speak with a manager regarding her behavior, she stated SHE was the manager. After discovering that she was not the manager, she obviously wouldn't provide her name. When my wife stated that she'd like to speak to corporate, she was laughed at and cursed at again. We live close to this location and used to frequent it regularly. Over the past year, it has fallen to the wayside and has become complete garbage. I've been recently, and the day shift crew is far superior to the night shift. I honestly have no complaints about service from the day crew. The night crew on the other hand, is just atrocious. I've been in the drive through several times at night during business hours and was never greeted to order. When I drove around to the window, I found the staff laughing, hiding, and turning the lights off. God forbid they actually had to make my order. At this point I no longer trust this establishment to serve food without the fear of it being tampered with. It's really a shame that this once higher quality Wendy's has fallen to this low level. Read moreWendy's has always been my #1 fast food option. But this location is by far the worst location, in the area. My fries are always cold or double fried to heat them up. The Fries are the main reason I go to Wendy's. The drive thru employees are rude and don't listen very well when you are giving them your order. Thebsweet tea tastes like watered-down coke. Their breakfast chicken biscuits taste like they are overcooked and 2 days old. I have not gotten a receipt the past 8-9 times that I've been there (maybe more). They always ask to pull back or forward to get off of their timer. They don't want their slow order preparation to be revealed and exposed. 1 out of 6 or 7 orders is satisfactory. I think the regional management team needs to spend some time at this location and help them get their quality of service and food back to what Wendy's has always been known for. Throw the whole staff out the back door and re-hire everyone with adequate and appropriate training. When I go to Wendy's in other cities or states and they make this location seem like they are serving dog food! Wendy's was my first job and I know there is a standard of quality and expectation.
