Let me start out by saying that the smell of SEWAGE when we walked in had me holding my breath! I would have walked out if we had other restaurant options but we didn't. Thankfully the smell of diarrhea was limited to the lobby and restroom area but my lordy it was bad! Impressed with the amount of food for the cost. A combo meal with 3 items plus rice/beans was $12.50. The food was good, nothing to rave about but still good. Husband liked his carne asada plate for $21 and said it was worth the price due to the portion size but again, nothing to rave about. My toddler was commenting how good the food was to the Waiter and he didn't engage, even though my husband was letting him know our daughter was commenting on the food. We found that to be rude.

Came for a birthday meal and I wanted to like this lunch so badly as Azteca in Portland Oregon used to be my favorite restaurant before they were all closed. Was stoked to see the Ramos family photos again! Opened the menu to find out they have animal products in the refried beans AND mexi rice. What?! The mexi rice too?! The vegetarian alternative are whole pinto beans which were good, and bland white rice which was not. I ordered a taco salad which had so much potential, but the lettuce was quite wet & the water made the crispy shell soggy. Salad spinner would help the sog! I was with 4 others and they all enjoyed their meals. Come back to Portland Ramos family! You are missed! (Also please make animal free mexi rice!)

We stopped here for a late lunch on our way to seattle from Hanford. I was excited to try out some Mexican food but the food here isn't that good. I was quite disappointed. I ordered something vegetarian - Azteca mexi-rice bowl. The description on the menu doesn't say anything about pineapples, but there was a bunch of pineapple on my food. It was way too sweet. I asked the waitress about pineapple on my food and they didn't even do anything about it. I don't recommend this place and I request them to update their menu.

I was very disgruntled with the service here. I was disappointed with the first impression our server gave us, he greeted us is a hurry despite it not being a busy service hour. I have worked as a server and bartender before at an Azteca in Seattle and understand the mechanics and general flow one is to follow when working a restaurant of this caliber.

Our server’s attitude furthered declines upon hearing me converse with my family in Spanish. We received mostly broken chips, our drinks were delayed purposefully while he made eye contact with us.

My father had asked for a 3/4 cooked carne asada, the server did not understand and asked if he wanted it well-done instead. We clarified and again he seemed unsure purposely.

After we received our food, he rudely asked my father “if this was good enough” and urged him to check the carne asada. I was surprised because we hadn’t been talking to him in that tone to warrant that response from him.

As we ate he was not checking-in on us, which as a former server, I know how important tips are and this is a way to chat up your customers for a friendlier interaction. As we finished, he came by, asked us if we wanted anything else, when I decline, I politely asked for the check instead, he replied with a sarcastic “gracias” and rushed off. The interesting thing about this is that we were seated literally in front of the cashout terminal, and there was no other patron that was being checked-out, but he purposely took about 10-15 minutes. To which we decided to wait by the front register instead, as perhaps the check-out process may be different at this location.

My tab and debit card were redirected through an other server, and she promptly finished up my order on the terminal to check-out.

I don’t know if this gentleman was the owner, he wore a gray shirt with no name tag, older gentleman like mid-40’s. All I know is that I would much rather spend my evening elsewhere, then to be belittled for speaking Spanish. Come on now Kennewick,...

It was my mother's birthday and we decided to go to Aztecas. There was only 1 other group there which we had a variety of seats to choose from because it was basically empty. The gentleman who sanitized our tables did an excellent job. It took us only 5 minutes to look through the menu, then we ordered our food, while we were waiting, we literally finished our chips and almost our drinks and waited for an hour and remeber there is only one table. I did see the waitresses by the bar and gossiping with each other. We are not the type to complain but this experience was the worst we have been through in a restaurant. When our food was ready only one plate was warm and they did not even bring all the plates at the same time. And on top of that our Carne asada was charcoal burnt. The Coctel Camarones's it literally had only 5 shrimps. Our whole bill came up to almost 100 dollars, which should have been less. Although I did tip the gentlmen because he provided excellent service compared to the waitress. I don't recommend others to this place. They should hire new staff and especially a new cook (well not...

🚨🚨🚨🚨 Warning!!! This place has terrible customer service!! Coming from out of town, looked on Google Maps for places to eat and posted hours. They say they're open until 10 pm but called at 3pm to make sure. The lady on the phone assured me "yes we're open til 10". Arrived at 9 with the"OPEN" sign on and doors unlocked...people inside. Sat down and girl comes over to ask if we came in thru the door...um yeah. Said sorry we closed at 9. When explained how we called earlier, the girl said "no,that's not our phone number "... then I dialed it and heard it ringing!! "Hostess" came to our table to ask if we just called,,,yup we did! She asked when we called to verify the hours...THREE PM!! "OH I DIDN'T COME IN TIL FOUR" When I showed them the listed hours on Google Maps, they said that was their Summer hours and can't do anything about it although GM says updated by owner 3 weeks ago! Besides,we were told they were open til 10 on the phone 6 hours earlier!! Avoid this place! Matter of fact, avoid this entire town if you are traveling & need something to eat after 9 pm! 🚨🚨🚨🚨 You all made me go to...
