   Read moreI wanted to just share a little bit of my experience there a quite a bit of times and never have I experienced such bad attitude from an employee and I don't want to publicly shame him but I've been trying to contact a manager or customer service anything of the sort that somebody I can talk to to say who treated me so badly with order that I was doing not even for myself I was doordashing doing an order for a customer and this one individual just had a really bad attitude and horrible horrific customer service!! With that being said I hope that somebody reaches out to me so that way I can I guess make a complaint against this individual I've seen him before there because he does work nights but I've never actually had this bad experience with him specifically and nobody at all that works there just this one time just this one person. Please can somebody of the higher manager or someone of the sort owner or something give me somewhere I can contact thank you and if not I'm just going to keep giving bad reviews.. because even no response is horrible for the company.    Read moreThey were out of stuff, wanted to charge extra for items that are the same price on the menu (asked for grilled chicken, not breaded chicken, both sandwiches are the same price, they wanted to charge $1 more) so I canceled my order, then they screwed up what we did order, so I had to go in to get it fixed. Why bother asking if people want curly fries if you are going to give them regular no matter what anyway?! The manager had to come out to fix the fry screw up, so I stood and waited while the other food got cold then had to wait longer for them to cook the right ones. The only thing the manager suggested was to "talk to corporate". I will not be talking to anyone at Jack in the Box, they can keep their greasy nasty food that I was glad I ended up canceling my part of the order as the food they did give us made my bf sick.
