Went in today 7/9 around 9:45 AM and the nicest lady was working! I had gone to Starbucks on 37th/395 and they messed up my drink, then didn’t help me when I asked for it to be fixed. I came to this location frustrated and the employee(I didn’t catch her name) helped me immediately, no questions asked! Made my drink perfectly and correctly! This made my day, I hope managers see this. I am going to start going out of my way to go to this Starbucks.

The baristas here kick butt!!! My coffee always tastes perfect and they go out of thier way to make sure it's exactly how you want it. Topher, (sp? sorry if butchering your name), is super friendly and knowledgable. He teaches me something new about coffee and starbucks drinks nearly every time I order from him. I can't say enough great things about these ppl and what an outstanding job they do. It's awful they can't accept tips because they certainly deserve/earn them. Thank you beautiful people for...

Great baristas at this location. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait as there is often only 1 barista. However, I don't mind the wait because the baristas are so friendly. Only down side is we can't tip them here and for as hard as they work, they really...
