Wonderful folks, and very savory offerings. It's in the Public Market, and that does add to the experience, because the indoor market's pretty cool. This is not gringo fare. The menu is small and specific, with items that they do very well. I did their Torta Ahogado, with Potato Tacos, and was told straight up to use the tacos like a spoon. Who am I to disagree? Wifey went for their Carne en se Jugo, which basically translates to, 'Meat in your Juice.' That was served with fresh tortilla chips, and it was a total winner. We eat a lot of Mex/Latin food, and both of us were darned impressed with our meals; the kind, table-side treatment; and, the crazy 70s juke box that played demo music of pop classics, sung by who knows who from the central mountains of Mexico. That alone was worth the price of admission. What a...

This is a gem of the Tri-Cities. In a region where I find it rare to encounter sophisticated flavors for a reasonable price, Guadalajara Style really stands out.

This is food made with real love and care. All the basics like rice, beans, and salsa are executed impeccably. The torta ahogada is delicious, carne asada too. The desserts use cream whipped in house. I've eaten a decent amount of carne en su jugo in Guadalajara at places like Garibaldi -- this is on par with what you'd find in Mexico.

Last time I came here, Josue said this was his church. I feel like that's what you want to hear at a restaurant. Few restaurants in the area are as much a labor of love -- or...

Mexican food in the Tri-cities tends to be bland. This place breaks out of that mold and makes some of the most tasty Mexican food I have had since I've moved here.

My wife tried one of each of the chicken and pork tamales. She is a HUGE tamale fan. The previous best local tamale shop she had in the are moved away and was mostly bland to begin with.

I tried the Pork Ribs in Green Chile. I was a bit worried it was going to be overwhelmingly hot given the pictures, but it was perfect. Excellent flavor!

If you are wanting to try somewhere new, give this place a shot, you...

My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch on our roadtrip and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The food was absolutely amazing. We had the tacos dorados, tacos de barbacoa, pork ribs in green chile sauce and the torta ahogada. This is the best Mexican food i’ve had in the States so far! We would happily make the 3 hour drive to eat here again, it was that delicious! Our server Josue was the cherry on top, que guapo!
