The GM "Josh" has no idea how to handle a situation without acting like a child and playing blame games.
My delivery order said it was delivered via tracker and telephone assistant but I never received it. I was patiently waiting to feed a hungry family.
I called the automated number (every local shop goes to automation) and told the bot I never received the order. It directed me to this restaurant....our closest local chain.
Josh immediately answered and when I explained the situation he stated "it shows that was delivered."
He then said he would talk to the 16 year old delivery girl and ask where she put the food.
After a few minutes, he came back and said it was dropped off somewhere nearby at a neighbors house and I should retrieve it.
That was the first red flag! I said something like dang that sucks and before I could give recommendations of how to handle the situation he busted out with "we can either refund or send a new order out."
OK, that's fine and dandy but it took an hour to have my purchase go to the wrong house (using the app with pinpoint locations mind you.) I did not want to wait any longer for food that should have been here to begin with.
I mentioned a refund and new order should be in place as that is how it works when companies make mistakes in which were no fault of the consumer.
This is where it got crazy....Josh said there's no way we are giving your money back for a mistake with the GPS...I thought that was very rude. He then said you have two options refund or wait. I felt and still feel this is not correct...we were hungry and waiting. Their mistakes should not be my fault.
He lost his cool, told me how he's been in the industry a long time and knows people that complain like me. Even saying stuff like I go to Culver's all the time and the wait is forever....whatever that is supposed to mean.
The guy is unhinged and I won't be doing business with this Dominos chain until he is removed of his...

I called back for this order after my sandwich was wrong and had so many things that weren’t even supposed to be on it. 3 Cheeses chicken bacon ham and even ranch and Alfredo sauce ON the sandwich. I called back the day of to talk to a manger which she said she was to then say they’d handle a credit for me as I order online and didn’t know of a way to claim it I called back today thinking my sandwich would be there. To then experience extremely disrespectful tone from the guy I was speaking to and told I can have anything done even though I called your store and had been told it had been handled. Taking peoples money and giving them something that they didn’t pay for then didn’t eat because they don’t eat that type of sandwich to then tell them that the last dime they spent on food ended up being wasted because the food workers made a mistake and didn’t correct it. Read more2021 Mother's Day my sister ordered a pizza for me as a gift she out in st instead of ave so the driver was going to the wrong place when i called the store about it i ended up just getting a refund for my sister because the store manager was incredibly rude NOT the driver or other employees the store manager. haven't ordered from this location since.
1/3/23 i ordered from this location only because it is the location that delivers to my work. my order was being quality checked for 20min... when it did get here it was wrong (i asked for no olives and added green peppers to a pacific veggie pizza) they offered a credit which i did not want as i never order from this location. they agreed to remake it and send it out... it was definitely faster this time but still wrong. this time they left off the green peppers. i am not going to call again it'll be fine. just reinforces my reasoning to not order from this location.
