ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! The service is terrible - the food is worse. we have eaten there once and thought it may have been a off night. The second time the wife and I walked out before ordering after noticing the dust and cobwebs hanging over us. Well there is now a third time and I am going to post about it to help others avoid getting sick or insulted. The mgmt. must bribe the health department to stay open in true Kenosha fashion .

Here is the story - A friend of ours is having a birthday and his son wanted to have a nice dinner with a few friends for him. The gentleman is 84 so out of respect - and against our better judgment the wife and I attended. How many more is he going to have? Let me start by stating the place was mostly empty - plenty of tables and open space. The server decided to split the birthday party up between 1 table and 2 booths - no one could talk to each other it really ruined the family togetherness atmosphere . I mean who is going to yell over 20 feet to each other in friendly conversation? NO ONE .. There were plenty of space and plenty of tables to make 1 large party circle to enjoy such a notable occasion. NOOOOO!! so we have some people over here and some others over there and the man of the hour had his back to a majority of his friends. What an insult to those of us who wanted to help make this a very happy night. OK? So we are dealing with accepting the separation of the party and smiling. When the waitress arrived with the bread she clearly said to the table next to us , "here is your hot bread". Same waitress , same trip from the kitchen - My wife felt our loaf and it was cold as cold can be - That was the straw that broke the camel's back for us. We refuse to pay for SLOP !!! We stood up , excused ourselves - apologized to everybody -and walked straight out the front door NEVER TO RETURN . EVER !!! I MEAN NEVER AGAIN!!! The place has terrible service - the food is washed out and bland - the place is dirty - they keep the lights very dim for a reason. Do yourselves a favor and do not waste your time. - Do not waste your money. Do not risk your health. Avoid this place like...

This isn’t an upscale restaurant, the restaurant is pretty much in need of updating, my guy and I went there for an intimate dinner, and the waitress smelled somewhere on her body, and the only thing about the meal that was good was the chicken noodle soup, and the warm bread, in addition to that the seating, there is a sign for you to seat yourself, and the seats at the booths are all damaged, they have circles where people have sat on them with tear and cushion coming out of them. And this is not on one booth but all of them in the restaurant, I was so disappointed to go into a restaurant establishment and experience this. I wouldn’t recommend unless your just there to get some quick food and don’t care about the quality or the atmosphere. In addition they have a disclosure on the menu I have never seen before at any other restaurant, where they are not responsible for if your steak is over or under cooked. And mine happened to be over cooked. They had cocktail shrimp there and offered to grill already cooked shrimp. I definitely wouldn’t recommend, very...

I always passed by this place, so decided to give it a try. But I was treated really rudely by my bartender. First, she asked for two forms of ID, on the pretense of me being from out of state. No other establishment in town has asked me for that before, so my guess is she just didn't like something about me and was looking for an excuse not to serve me. So I ordered my drink. She asks me for payment up front, not even offering to start a tab the way most bars would. I pay, and have my drink. It's ok, not excellent. Then, I start waiting for her to ask if I'd like another. And keep waiting. And continue waiting. She refuses to so much as make eye contact with me. So eventually I get fed up and grant her wish, and just walk out. Honestly, I just wanted to be treated like a regular customer. But just because I'm on the younger side, I get treated like some penniless minor who doesn't belong there.
