Placed an online order at 7:27 p.m. I was told to pick up my food at 7:55 p.m. I had my stepmom pick up the food which I had already ordered and paid for she went there and they were out of all the bread I ordered for five sandwiches now no one even called me to let me know that they were out of that bread there was a 30-minute lapse they could have called so the five sandwiches I ordered 30 minutes ago would have been ready I would have just change the style of bread. I ve been here a couple of times. Just recently last Thursday I went there after school to get a sub before work. I told the guy what kind of sandwich I wanted but he put way too much mustard and mayo on my 6 inch sub because it was gushing out. Then after he wrapped my sandwich he asked me if I wanted anything else and I told him yes, I want chips and a fountain drink. Went to get a sandwich and soup. The employees were not only unprofessional, as one of them put one glove on and continued to eat her bowl of soup as I decided what to order. She then filled my bowl barely half way and charged me almost $3.00, as she went back to eating her full bowl of soup after I checked out. I would've said something had I noticed it in the store, but went to grab a drink from the fridge when she bagged it.
