Ever since they remodeled a few months ago the service has slowly been getting worse and worse. One day I handed my debit card to a cashier at the drive through who was cursing and having a really innapropriatte conversation with another co-worker. Who was to caught up in his conversion about how he would" ain't scared to knock a mutha * out" Doesn't say a word or even look at me during the transaction. Another day, few weeks later, I wanted a shake. I sit at the drive through menu for at least 4 minutes, no answer to my hello request or anyting. I pull up to the pay window, ask if there's something wrong with their drive-thru menu. I am met with an excuse about how she was too busy taking other orders to say anything to me....odd, too busy? I mean that is her job right? I pay for my shake, get to the pickup window and meet a drive-thru employee who tells me their shake machine is not working.... after I wasted 10 minutes in line and have already paid for it. Wonderful Most recently was my favorite though, thought I would give them one last try. I go again and buy another shake. I pay for the shake and get to the drive the pickup window. The employee hands me a vanilla shake, which is white and clearly a vanilla shake . I ordered chocolate, and told her this doesn't look like a chocolate shake. She says "no no this is chocolate" again I ask are you sure? Because this most definitely looks like a vanilla shake. She looks me in the eye and lies to my face and says that's what they're chocolate shakes look like now. I thought well....its possible???? So I tried it right after I drove away, instantly realizing it was vanilla and they had made a mistake. But instead of fixing that mistake, for some reason this employee thought the better option would be to just lie to me to quickly get me out of there. I go into the lobby and talk to the manager and tell her what just happened, hoping and expecting for some form of apology. Instead, i watched and listened to a manager feed me bologna excuses as to why that would have happened, and better yet listen to the manager defend her employee for lying to me. Not once offering any form of apology or showing any sense of responsibility ... needless to say I left feeling very angry and extremely insulted. I understand people making mistakes, everyone does. And everyone should own up to them, especially those who are in the customer service business. What bothers me about this is that here we have management making excuses for their employees mistakes and defending them, even when they are deceptive towards customers. If this is how management manages at this location, that's almost guarantee that I'm not the only person this kind of thing has happened to.
So, I thought I would share my last three experiences to anyone thinking "A big Mac sounds good right now", for the love of God find another location... I will never bring my money to this location again, and I would no one...
Read moreI wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!!!! This has got to be THE WORST experience that I have ever had here!!!!!! And believe me, I have had some bad ones at this location! However, this one was definitely worth spending/wasting my time to write a review about it because it was definitely the WORST of the WORST of THE WORST😡!!!!!! So, I placed my order, pulled up to the 1st window. And I waited. And waited. And waited. NOONE was there to take my payment. So when the car at the second window pulled away, I decided to pull up since there were a lot of cars behind me. The girl took my payment, gave me my receipt. And I waited....AGAIN. I looked at it & it wasn’t even mine! Then she gives me my bag. Once again, NOT mine!! Gives me ATTITUDE & won’t even respond or acknowledge me!!! Then she tries to give me the WRONG drinks!!! Of course, with ATTITUDE!!! So by now, it’s been 25 minutes since I placed my order, my food is barely warm. I want new food at this point. I had to wait ANOTHER 12+ minutes for them to bring it out. I told them what sauces I needed & that I needed straws when they came to take the cold food. They came out with the fresh food, NO straws, WRONG sauces!!!! I tried to hand them to the girl, she just looked at me & turned & walked away!!!!! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO THE HIRING HERE AT THIS MCDONALD’S???!!! Are they the same type as the ones they hire??!!! I think I already answered my own questions!!! FYI, my receipt time was 6:56 PM & I did NOT pull of the parking lot with my order UNTIL 7:29 PM!!!!! That’s BEYOND...
Read moreSeriously screw this location. Always a huge line, and orders are never right. Just did an app order for curbside pickup because tbh I've had a hard day and it's late and I don't have the will to cook so I figured whatever, I'll order from home, we'll pick it up it'll be quick and easy. Placed my order, head to the restaurant, pull in the spot, put the spot in the app. Boom done, says it will take 5 minutes. 5 minutes goes by, ok they're busy. 10 minutes goes by, then 15 minutes. I check the app and it says my orders already picked up, so I call and say hey I've been sitting out here, no one's bright is our food, they apologize and send someone out... Missing half our order. So I call again and at this point I'm crying because not one thing has gone right today. She says we're so sorry we'll be right out. 10 minutes later they finally bring my kid's happy meal out. Get home 30 minutes after we left (we live 1 mile away) go to eat and he's missing fries and my sandwich is not the right one. So in summary, the app is useless and the staff apparently is too. So extremely frustrated at this situation. And I wish I could say this is the first time, but it's not, I just usually have more patience and rarely eat here for these reasons, but today I just don't.
