I had been here a few times before and it was always good but this visit was not good at all. There were 2 other customers there besides my friend and I. After waiting so long the other customers left because they were so frustrated. It took forever to get waited on, forget about anyone checking to see if you needed anything and I had to get up 3 different times to ask someone for some kind of service. Once for utensils, once to ask if someone could take a dessert order for us and once to get a to go box. 2 1/2 hours to get 2 chicken salad croissants, 2 scoops of ice cream and 1 order of funnel fries. I thought I’d treat my daughter out to get a milkshake and burger , however it didn’t go well, she finally got her shake and hour later , we were going to order some lunch , and decided against it since I had to go home to check on my husband and that would of been even a longer wait. the two servers seemed nice but couldn’t keep up with the orders , they need to manage the time better and add more servers and a bus boy to clear the tables , their losing a lot of business. I use to really enjoy coming here. So much has changed and not for the better. Came in on Saturday around 3pm with a group of 5. The place wasn't busy. The service was horrible. The food was messed up but the waiter was pretty much nonexistent to fix anything. We did not get any refills. The food was dropped off by a different waiter who had quite the attitude. Our waiter was too busy on his phone.
