The signs and online says they dont close until 930. I started calling at 845 and the phone rang off the hook, pulled in at 9.05 to signs and everything turned off but saw employees make the effort to step out of sight so i pulled to the drive thru and ask of hours changed i was told no but they stop taking orders at 9 .. i show them I have been repeating calling since 845 one girls walks off, sends another who says it was a slow night and their oven have been off for oven an hour. They use to be so good, but over the past several months, the quality has taken a huge dive. The pizza is now paper thin, yet somehow hard as a rock. The last two out of three times we have ordered here, the pizza was burnt. Should have never left the kitchen that way much less given an attitude when we called back requesting a new one. Wowza! What a great surprise! New to kenova and decided to try this place over a national brand. This pizza is great! Finely chopped onions and peppers. The sauce is savory and perfect! Strong competition with the other two G named local chains but a bit tastier. The seasoning and caraway seeds set it a cut above the rest! Thank you for the late order tonight!...
