Came in to grab a matcha tea and there was a line. Normal. Usually just 1 worker. The 3 other people next to me said they did an online order so I moved closet to the cash register. The male worker was sooooo rude to the women checking in on their mobile order. I felt bad for them as they moved away from the counter as he rudely blurted "I'm REALLY backed up here!" This place skimps on the extras like a MUG and when there is more than one worker (usually a group of women), they act like they are above their jobs. Maybe mommy and daddy force them to have one, who knows? My only advice is, if you want to come in here versus going to a legit/standalone store, I'd only come in the afternoon when there is only one worker and pray it's...
