Si Señor Authentic Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Kentland

Ordered some takeout, when I called the order in the girl on the phone sounded like she hated her job. Not friendly at all.

When we picked up our order they didn't put in any little salsas or silverware or napkins.

My friend asked if she could have some, of everything they didn't put in and they told her to get it herself, it was right there to get it herself.

As far as the food, the tacos were not made per our order, and that's the first time that has happened. The girl that took the order we figured didn't write it correctly. Otherwise the food is just ok.

We have 5 taco restaurants around us, so we'll probably go to them for now on.

This place was salected because it had gluten free option. I got lunch fajitas with steak and chicken. The tortillas were really small like 5" diameter. The fajita mixture was good but not as flavorful as i thought it would have been. Daughter got nachoes with just beef beans and cheese. She said they were very good. Other daughter got a shrimp dish and it was good but tortilla was very hard to cut and eat. Good flavor though. Waitress was good. She was really busy and we only had to ask once for drink refills. Great place for a quick meal. I got a plate of rice and beans with pico de gallo and guacamole on the side. My husband got beef burritos and a taco. The food was alright. The waiters were nice and the service fast. The place was relatively busy even tough they were about to close. They should fix their hours on Google. It says they close at 7 pm when they actually close at 830 pm. We were happy to find a Mexican restaurant in the area. We are from out of town...
