This place is a joke and needs to retrain their employees and management! I went thru the drive thru about a week ago to get dinner for my family, I forgot to order a curly fry and asked at the window to add it onto my $35 order, they told me no they were too busy and I'd have to go back around the drive thru to order them, um no not with 4-6 cars behind me! Then I get parked to wait on my order and had things left out when I got it, so I had to go in to fix my order and thought I'd go ahead and order my fries I had forgotten, I told the shift manager that was ridiculous that they couldn't add an order of fries on and he got attitude so of course I turned into a Karen! This place needs help with customer service skills, time management, menu/preparing food properly, and knowing how to take care of their customers! McDonald's or anywhere else would have gave me a fry if they were that busy but I guarantee they wouldn't tell me pull back thru the...
Read moreI was so excited to stop at an Arby's for lunch in the middle of my road trip. Parking wasn't an issue. I walked in, went directly to the bathroom. This should have been my first clue to go on down the road to the next one. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Definitely needed some repair. Walked out to order my food. My feet stuck to the floor all the way through the store. The counter person (middle aged blonde) was anything but friendly. I ordered my food and waited. Double beef and cheddar, curly fries and a large sweet tea. DO NOT ORDER A LARGE DRINK IF YOURE DRIVING. There isn't a cup holder around that will hold that cup. But the tea was good and fresh. My fries on the other hand, were not. They were half cold, dried out and tasted like they had been sitting in the bin for hours. My sandwich was decent though. I'll be avoiding this location on...
Read moreI have stopped at this location over 50 times since December 2020 when I get off work. Food is usually good but they have some serious operation issues.
To the franchisee of this location: I hope you are reading this. 5 times in the last 3 weeks I pull into the drive thru and the lights are out and the place is closed. At the following times.
10:19PM 10:17PM 10:09PM 10:04PM 10:21PM.
26 minutes early on one occasion. I get the shape the labor market is in but that's unacceptable because your people are already at the store and you're allowing them to close the store almost half an hour early? If that's your preference you can tell me I'm wrong to expect a national fast food chain to follow the hours you have set.
Once again the food is always great and I would love to continue to give my money to Arby's but they're making it...
