EDIT: Wow, what a back slide this location has taken. Over the past few months, the food quality has been dramatically inconsistent; one day I'm enjoying a delicious pie, and the next order I'm eating cold cardboard. It's become a game of roulette. I went to pick up an order at the pick up window, and waited there for 10 minutes while the kid inside stood in the kitchen on his cell phone (I had to see how long it would take him to actually look up to see if there was a customer there.) The "managers" on site are clueless---only Dave (who I suspect is either a GM or owner---EVER offered or bothered to make a bad order right. But, noone seems to know if or when Dave will be in, so I can't talk to him. But the nail in the coffin was when I placed an online order, received confirmation, went to the store and was told by a lady claiming to be the "on-duty manager" that there was no order, not under our name or related to any items I placed. I showed her the online confirmation in the Dominos app, the order location for the order number (which was confirmed as being correct) and the status of the order which had an insultingly optimistic "COMPLETE!" She told me sorry, you have to call the 800 number, they can't do anything about it. I asked if she could give me that number, she said "I don't know" and walked away. After searching for a 800 number online to no avail, I found their area code 734 customer care number, figured I'd try it even though it was late. The recording stated that if I have a problem with an order, I should contact the store. Yeah, that sounds about right for the customer service I've come to expect from Dominos lately. I'll be calling to get a refund when the Hebron store re-opens and when they hopefully have a competent "manager" to correct the issue. I just want my money back for what I never received, and after that, I can delete the Dominos app and will never set foot near one again. Had to order a few times to make sure it was consistent, and it very much is. Online ordering is a snap, killer deals, the food is hot and delicious, the folks in-store and delivery are very nice, and I find the delivery is VERY fast compared to any other pizza place near me. This location checks all the boxes to guarantee return visits. Oh, and there is the small matter of them being open until midnight (weekdays) and 1am (weekends), well after most other food establishments in the area have locked up for the night. They are honing in on the late night business opportunities in our area, and rightly so, as hardly any other eatery seems interested...

Read moreWent in to pickup my order and when I walked in a tall fellow wearing a gray shirt and black shorts made eye contact with me and smirked along with a blonde young girl. They preceded to walk into a small hallway and then the tall blond fellow leaned all the way back out and made eye contact with me and smirked at me again. Seems to me if those two people have nothing better to do than to make your customers feel uncomfortable and stand around and do nothing just waiting for their next victim to come in the door, wouldn’t you be better off saving that money that for a more valuable employee with better people skills! Sorry I didn’t measure up too whatever standards they deem worthy of respect, I won’t go back to...
