Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Kentucky

Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle to my house. I’ve been here many times and they’re so inconsistent. I’ve had to quit ordering my meal for pick-up because they just slop the whole thing together or give you the wrong order.

I’ve picked up a wrong order from here 4 times.

I go in and watch them make my bowl now and even then the ingredients are just poor. Chipotle used to be SO GOOD and flavorful, but recently that’s not the case. The ingredients seem cheaper and the food is less seasoned.

Queso is trash. Guac is typically brown or they put too much lime juice and not worth the extra price to find out it they made it right.

Employee’s are rude. I’ve only had a handful of pleasant encounters at this location. The rest have been rude folks just trying to move you down the line.

I’ve filled out numerous surveys and emailed corporate, but they don’t care. There’s so many chipotles these days they can’t even keep track of them all.

This place has gone down hill. Orders a bowl for pick up, and i had almost zero rice in my bowl. Tried to call the store, its just a robot that wants to take my order. Used the pepper chat on the app. They just wanted to give me a free drink... then finally got ahold of customer service. They wouldn't replace my meal or refund me. All they wanted to do is give me a Bogo.. why would I pay for your screw up? This isn't the first screw up they had since my original post. This one was just the last straw.

I can't help but give one of my favorite food joints a consistent 3 star review. The consistency is just never there. Whether it be portion size, taste, order being even close to correct.

Went to dinner at 7p on 3/21. Ordered a bowl and a drink. A woman was cleaning up and taking the garbage out. She came to ring me out, didn’t wash her hands or anything. A guy came from around back in a jacket and grabbed a cup for me by the top where you drink from. His fingers were inside and outside where the lip is. I asked for another cup while explaining why and the woman at the register slammed another cup down on the counter agitated. The guy went to the drive thru area and got another cup.
