I have been eating there since the place opened because I try to eat healthy foods. I have been out of the area for a while I recently moved back I went in with a coupon for 599 you get two subs buy one get one free. The store owner who I have known since the first day I went there probably 12 to 15 years ago since we did not take coupons so then I said well I'll just take one sub for 11 bucks. When I actually came to get two I eventually broke down and I said go ahead and give me two of them that being said I spent $23 when I thought I was spending $599 I get to the counter present my Subway card to get my points and I am told this cards are no good I said well I've been using a card for 10 years now the young man behind the counter said what we updated her system you probably need to go home and read register your card so then that means I paid $23 plus didn't get any points for the purchase. After coming home I went to Subway's rewards website and registered by receipt it's not that they give you a whole lot I think it's 200 points you get two bucks but it's just the fact of. While I was there I thought I might send my complaint to Subway the main company I submitted to their contact Section and then I get a reply back and they're thanking me very much sir we look forward to serving you in the future come back and see us that was the response I received. So now I'm thinking you have to be s* me at least you could say I'm sorry you were dissatisfied but that is our policy we do not take coupons Maybe I could give you a free soda or something you could acknowledge when a person feels wrong and maybe say something to try and keep your loyal customers coming back. Anyway I probably won't be going back there anymore there's other healthy options in the area that's my take on today's experience 6/23/23. Update - since that day I have never spent another...
Read moreReceived a gift card at Christmas. Decided to use it today. Went to this subway, order my food when I get to the end they ask if I have cash. I say No I only have gift card or debit. Their computer went down, which is fine I get it. 10 minutes go by there is now three people behind me who have now ordered and waiting. I say to the manager my food will be cold by the time this gets done with no response. I decided to grab my sub and sit down to eat hoping it would still be warm as I got a toasted sub. The Manager screams at me that if I don’t pay I don’t eat. I said you’re kidding, my food is getting cold I’m not going anywhere I want to eat it while it’s fresh. The manager still demanded I not eat my now cold sub even though they had me and a line of customers waiting in line for their computer to reboot. I find it amazing, they should have been offering the sub for free yet I get attacked for wanting to eat my sandwich while fresh. I’m not sure where they learned this customer service, but you do not cause an issue and then attack your customer for it. Absurd behavior, I will never go back to...
Read moreThis place is horrible... went on my lunch break bought a sandwhich. Got back to work opened it and realized there was little to no meat in it. I was not able to go then because my lunch was over but i took pictures of it and did go back up there only to be told it was my responsibility to make sure they made the sandwhich right then he started yelling at me that its not his responsibility to insure things are done correctly that its up to me. I told him i was just trying to let him know what happened because this has happened before but he just continued yelling at me and said again it was my responsibility and that i shouldnt of went back to work i should of came right back that second. That is by far the worse subway ive ever been to and by far the worse customer service ive ever recieved. I will never go back to that store again. I guess since its "locally owened" which they definitely are not locals they figure they can treat people how ever they want. I will be informing everyone i know and everyone i work with of the service here and hopefully they wont...
