Guthrie's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Kentucky

This place is hit or miss. I went for lunch and had great service and delicious food. If you've had Raising Canes, this is very much the same food (exactly the same).

Returned a few months later around 5PM to a mostly empty restaurant. The service at the register was non-existent. The younger guy at the desk stared my fiance right in the eyes when we came in but literally didn't utter a word. Very creepy vibe. We received our cups and sat down for 10 minutes. Another couple was served in under 5 (5 people total in the restaurant) so I went to check on our order. He didn't even remember I had ordered something and the manager acted miffed I was asking for our food. Food was cold, slaw was wilted, toast was flat and stale, and the fries were soggy.

Two stars because the food can be great and some of the staff are with it. There's slim pickings for food around. Get it...

We live in Hebron and usually drive to the Burlington location which is amazing BTW!!! I decided to try This location tonight which was a huge mistake!!! The young lady at the window was not friendly and was upset that i wanted to know what flavor custards they had. She said we have them all!??? How do i choose from that!??? After deciding on cookies and cream, which was really yummy by the way, she handed me my bag and just shut the window. Very unfriendly!!! No have a nice day, thanks for coming, not even a screw you!!!! Worst experience at a restaurant in years!!! This is the kind of experience that makes me wonder if she spit in our food. I really wanted to like this place, they were dead with no customers in site so they need the business but i will not return!!!! Stay away from here! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I've never heard of Guthrie's before, but needed a small meal to hold me over. I ordered 3 chicken fingers, which was $6.10. I'd never heard of Guthries before, but chicken sounded good and I thought if I only ordered 3 and did the like them I wasn't out much. Now I wish I would've ordered more! They were fresh, hot, crispy on the outside, tender, and juicy on the inside.. Cooked to perfection! I was hesitant to try the Guthrie sauce, but I'm so glad I did. It reminds me of a tangy yet sweet chipotle ranch sauce. The store I went to is by CVG Airport. It's small, but very clean and the staff are friendly. I had 2 people ask me if I'd been waited on or helped, despite it only taking about 3-5 to get my order. GREAT experience. I will definitely be back next...
