Terrible customer service. When I walked in the blonde girl that everyone else is referring to I feel sure, saw me opening door while she was sweeping. She didn’t speak , dropped the broom, walked behind the counter. She seemed like she had an attitude from the get go and like I was bothering her. I got a cup of sweet tea. After my meal, I went to get a refill of sweet tea. The tea container was gone, and I asked about a refill. She said they had already taken it back for the night. I walked out and saw the hours said closes at 10pm when it was only 8pm. I walked back in and I asked for the owners contact info or a business card. Both girls, one with blue hair as well stated they didn’t have any. The blonde chic said she couldn’t give out owners info. She did not have a name tag on. I said well why are you not making anymore tea? She stated because it did not sell good except on weekends so they were not going to make anymore. I said well you still have two hours before you close. I asked for the subway # ,but she only gave me the telephone number. She obviously lied. I will be contacting corporate. Hanging out, sitting around with company while not working. I’m sure you have specific instructions from your immediate supervisor/management to not handle trash while customers are sitting there eating. Otherwise, if no, then that’s even worse and speaks for the management.
Enough of these bad reviews and maybe, just maybe they’d want to replace the employees. People would like to be treated with decency and respect while spending their hard earned cash at your place of business. Each ingredient was placed deliberately, not just tossed, on the bread, so that they looked balanced, covering all of the surface area evenly. They really took their time, and it was worth it. And as we each personalized our sandwiches, we never felt rushed or that they were trying to skimp. Ate-in, and it was clean, too, not sticky. Definitely the best Subway experience ever.
