Hardee’s — Restaurant in Kentucky

Went to quickly grab dinner the other day, was told to pull forward so they could drop fresh curly fries for me. I waited 25 minutes, thinking maybe they just needed some extra time or something. I finally walk in and 1 manager is making the schedule for the next week on the front counter and the second manager (Jessica) is on the phone, gossiping. The poor young girl who had taken my order is trying to finish her end of shift work. I tell her what happened and she finds the solution. Both managers stare at me like I spit on their mother. I understand that things get busy and you have to get some things done, but when did interacting with people become a bother? Thankfully the part-time worker was sweet and had the order up in no time.

But that then brings me to the next issue. I get home and start eating and there's mold on my fries and the chicken was still cold on the inside.

Mind you, this location was hit by a Tornado in May, so they've been through some rebuilding. But that's been completed for over a month and a half....

Love the food but ever once in a while, they get something wrong. We ordered in drive thru and when we got to the window, they gave us our food, we drove away. Well my man's burger had onion rings on the burger. It wasn't on it. I tend to make sure we have everything before we drive off. So we went back through and my boyfriend said I think I got the wrong order.. they looked at the receipt, and said ohh we forgot to tell you we was out of onion rings. He asked for some of his money back and they said it already went through and the system shut down that there was nothin they could do. So...

Hardee's is a wonderful place to eat great food, good service and it's hot. At Arby's I got cold fries. At Hardee's no matter what time it is day or night you always get your food hot prepared right then and even looks like the picture they advertise at Arby's they show this big delicious picture and you got a tiny itty bitty sandwich that doesn't look anything like the picture you got two or three little sprigs of lettuce and it's always messy they don't ever try to make their sandwiches neatly it's all...
