Burger King — Restaurant in Kentucky

I wanted Burger King for dinner after driving four hours so I stopped at the Burger King next to my room for a quick meal. The gentleman that took my order told me to go ahead when I was ready. I told him what I wanted and he said you have to repeat your order. I repeated to him what I wanted and pulled to the window. After waiting 8 minutes in line it was my turn so I pulled up to pay and a lady asked me what I ordered to drink and I told her water and she handed me coke out the window. I said mam this is coke and she said keep it, I said I didn't order coke I want water. She took my money then told me to pull forward and she would bring out my food. Mind you they were not busy either. I waited on my food and drove to the room. I opened my sandwich after asking for it to be made special and it was even on the receipt hanging on the bag. Guess what? It was a plain cheesburger. I mean really, people....

Ordered the new brisket whopper. 😵‍💫 It did not Not look anything like shown in advertising on wall or any advertisement of said whopper . Advertisement shows brisket hanging off the Whopper. I found a small amount that had been scooped in a little scoop and it was in the center not spread out but there wasn't enough to spread out. It looked nothing. Nothing like what was advertised. I had to take it back and asked for what was shown. They finally after 20 minutes of waiting I got the other one back. By that time everybody else had already ate theirs and I didn't get to set and enjoy or eat with them and it wasn't that good but the regular Whopper was better. The food is advertised? It should look like what is advertised because that's what you go by when you order. I want that and then when you don't get anything that looks like that but they take your money. It's very disappointing and...

Well, I use too love burger king until I recently worked there & one of the other employees had claimed to her dad Patrick (general manager) that I called her names that hadn't been called so her dad ask me my side, but before id get a chance to open my mouth he started yelling at me VERY loud people outside were looking, in the dinning area & employees behind the counter. I don't really have much work experience when it comes to fast food, but I don't think your suppose to listen to the first person that tells you something & talk to employees the way he did. It was pretty humiliating..... & there prices...
