I went to this Subway today and set at the speaker for over 10 minures waiting to order. A lady at the window starts yelling at me to tell me to come on up that if she had at phone she would have texted me, since I was playing on my phone waiting for them to take my order for a very long time. Following the arrival at the window the lady was disrespectful and rude in the way that she spoke I advised her that she possibly could put a note on the speaker. Read moreThe last two times I was there, they had ONE person working the line...at noon! It took 15 minutes for me to even get up to the counter to order. There were only 3 people in front of me. How are you going to successfully run a business at lunch with ONE person? Now, I will say the lady was busting her butt and handled the situation very well. And, the drink machine was STILL down, so she's running to the drive thru part to fix any sodas that are ordered. Kudos to this lady for her great work ethic, and one of the few reasons people probably come back. I won't be back during my lunch break. I can't waste my whole 30 minutes waiting...
Read moreOn this particular visit we used the drive thru where the lady who was very hard to understand left the mic on the entire time while tending to the customer ahead of me .. it was hard to tell if she was talking to me or the other person..then while ordering she kept saying "and, and ..." as I was trying to slowly order my toppings so that it would be accurate (annoying). Get to the window and the gentleman that took my money and handed over the food was rude...no thank you, have a nice day just a window shut in my face as i said thank you. Will NOT be coming back here! Customer service goes a long way and it's not hard...
