I got a 4hr layover so I'll get detailed-
Super bitter little employee with a stale frontal and chunky lashes -didn't catch her name. I could barely hear her and it was apparent she couldn't really hear me, hence were in an airport. As soon as I stepped up I stated what I wanted, she gave me a blank stare... she asked what I wanted and repeated myself. She continues to glance directly through me, immediately my demeanor flipped, instead of her being courteous and patient she was clearly miserable and rude. She asked if I wanted it toasted, I said no. Mind you, I walked up and stated my order the first time I opened my mouth "a 12in veggie, provolone, non-toasted. She asked again, I shook my head- she just stares at me with nothing behind those eyes & exhales once more "toasted?!" I just walked to the other employee who was going to finish it. She aggressively slid it to her coworker and he seriously saved the experience, I was about to walk out of line because the tension was so heavy. Finally I requested "little bit of mayo and lite salt & pepper. I proceed to the third member on the line at the cashier, I tell him my sandwich and as he rings me up I glance at my sandwich being wrapped my the second guy on the line & I watched the little heffer dumb salt and pepper on top of my sandwich. I pretend I don't see things, but as stated previously. I'm here for four hours, I will return...
Read moreI can't comment on the food because I was refused service. Very unprofessional group of individuals!!! My daughter and I walked up at 8:15pm and we were told they were closed - the interesting thing is that the male workers happened to be giggling and making subs for 2 young women at that time. Seems funny how they can make subs for them at 8:15pm when they're supposedly closed. As I walked back to my terminal it just didn't sit well with me. So, I called the subway to ask their hours and they hung up on me 3x. The 4th time I called I was told that they close at 8:30pm. When I asked why they just refused me service they said " come get a sanwhich." At this point I declined and just wanted to know why I was refused service. Nobody would tell me. Very ghetto unprofessional employees. Refusing me service was just a blessing in disguise. I won't be eating Subway again, regardless of...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I have had at a Subway. The service was incredibly slow, the man making the sandwiches spent a lot of time chatting instead of working, which caused a large line to form. When it was my turn to order a Spicy Italian, he had to ask me what meats come on that sandwich because he said he did not know. Interesting.
The woman at the Subway also had very long hair and no kind of hair net on. The workers seemed annoyed to be working there. I try to not write bad reviews, but the icing on the cake was actually opening up the wrapping on my sandwich and having it be completely burnt. That brown piece in the first picture is a pepperoni burnt to a crisp.
Will never go to this specific...
