Wendy's — Restaurant in Kentucky

Update: Called the Wendy’s. Asked the manager what dressing came with the salad, she said champagne vinaigrette ... which I already knew. I told her I was given ranch and asked if they were out of bacon. She said they’re not out of bacon, so I just didn’t get it. I said please let your drive thru person know to be telling people 1. They’re out of the dressing and chicken. She said they are. No they’re not. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. Way to go. If I could give zero stars I would. I live to far away to come back. If they were busy I would understand but there were 2 cars in front of us and no one behind us.

Ordered the strawberry summer salad...

Was told at the pay window the “grilled chicken” was down. I was offered breaded chicken or spicy breaded chicken. I said no chicken is fine. Was given NO discounts.

Then got my strawberry salad with RANCH dressing! And NO bacon.

Disgusting. No thanks...

I will ever return to this location EVER again. Huge fan of Wendys but this store has serious issues. My mom picked up food for me today, and brought it home and it was incorrect and I could not eat it due to dietary restrictions. (I wish she would have checked the bag before leaving the store, but all in all they did not follow what was put on the ticket) After this huge annoyance I decided to go back and get a burger because I was literally craving one from wendys. Yet again, got my order wrong and it had to be remade. The staff is either ignorant, illiterate, or careless and as a customer it is extremely frustrating. Dont stop unless you absolutely have too, pop was flat, fries were old, flys all over inside. Not sanitary to sit n eat i side. Only one worker doing all the work... which was drive thru and filling orders while 4 other employees were in the back around the corner. The girl working had tattoo on her arm and she was pulling the weight of the whole store. That was only good thing. Js. Someone needs to get the wannabees straightened out and those that are workers to be acknowledged. But i will not be eating here again. Fries were like.. old .. in old oil. The urinal in bathroom wasnt working. So bad had to get ketchup packs for flies blowing the ketchup pump. Def disgusted w wendys and its always been my go to no matter...
