Well where do I start? We arrived at 12:31 pm. We ordered and sat down. Kind of busy but normal. 28 minutes later and still no food! We watched everyone else receive their food even those that walked in after. A person who ordered after us approached and complained. I told the cashier that while she was trying to find his order then she could find ours! 5 minutes later he got his. 10 minutes lat still no food even though we ordered before him. I approached and said return our money please. The manager became vocal and said to the cooks to hand out receipts to him and he told them that we wanted a refund. I began to tell him how disappointed I was and he blamed it on the computer system that they were having issues with. I said well it must not have liked us bc everyone else received their food except us. He then told me that no one else was complaining then I said bc they received their food. After many apologies I said to him that he could have offered free food and he said no bc we were getting our money back. I said to him well I guess that you don't care if we come back. One of the workers said to please come back and we only heard crickets from the manager. Very sad! Customers do not matter anymore. Saying sorry doesn't feed me nor does it give me back my 42 minutes that I lost. We went somewhere else and received our food in 7 minutes with an apology that we had to wait too long. I'll take...
Read moreThe food is great, but I am really upset that they have a girl taking orders in the cold with an un priced menu when the drive-thru works perfect and it wasn't busy. We voiced our concerns with the manager as we would not want our children to perform that job in those conditions. The manager said they get a warming vest. Ok.... however, these kids are out there not able to walk around to keep warm. I asked the manager if she would want her child to sand out there and take orders for no reason as the technology of the drive-thru works. She proceeded to tell us that her son loads airplanes and is out in the weather. Ok.... 1. He is moving 2. That is a union job. These kids aren't in a union and chances are they have to go to high-school tomorrow. Sorry not a valid excuse! Take care of our kids. Be a human. Better yet you go out there and do that job for 3 hours with your warming vest not moving around. As a manager you should never ask one of your employees to do something you wouldn't do. Read moreFirst I want to say I love zaxbys and have been going to this location since it was at the old location and still plan to go as a loyal customer. Most of the time I have no issues but my stop tonight did not sit well with me. Around 9pm I ordered a grilled chicken house salad with basically lettuce and chicken and a half sweet/ unsweetened with light ice. I Was in line for 15 min from order to window. I paid and got handed the drink then was told to pull in parking spot. Tasted my drink and plum full of ice and so sweet I couldn’t drink it. Immediately threw it out. Waited for 5 min while other cars got food. I left without my food and went somewhere else out of principle. I’m sorry but a salad should not take that long with basically 20 minutes of being in line and parked.
