Fiesta Mexicana in Shelbyville, Kentucky, is hands down one of my favorite places to dine! Just left there. I got a long black hair in my Pollo Fiesta. Tried to inform them politely about it. I went to the bar area to tell them so they could let the kitchen know. The waitress came to our table and told me that it was my hair. My hair is brown with red and very curly. I asked for my check and what the kitchen had to say. Again told it was my hair.It was wrapped around my chicken and my friend stopped me from putting it in my mouth. I told them that this was the wrong way to handle this. she should have said something to the effect that she was sorry this happen or got the manager. LOL that was the guy checking me out that the register. He them offer me a free meal. I didn't want a free meal was just trying to discretely inform them to prevent future complains. I WILL NEVER spend money there again. After I left that same waitress told the rest of our party that it couldn't have been the kitchen. They all have short black hair. Went today with my son and his family. Not so hungry so my wife and I ordered one quesadilla and split it.

Awful! ! ! When the waitress set the platter down in front of me I rather gingerly touched it before moving it closer to my wife. The platter was ice cold. I cut a piece off to eat and it was as cold as the plate.

Asked the waitress to heat it up please. She took it away and presently returned with a fresh one. Again the platter was ice cold and the dish only luke warm.

Further this was the strangest looking quesadilla I have ever seen. It was one tortilla with chicken and melted cheese folded over in a half moon shape.

Just boiled (poached) chicken with a little seasoning and cheese.

Horrible...............When I got the bill is was with a 50% discount so the total was less than $4.00 but still not worth it.
