I was just in their with my family and they messed up my order asked for what I wanted and gave my coupons and the manager said they throw away all their coupons didn’t want to replace my order asked them to replace my order multiple times told me she could not only for what they had missed I was in the drive through Line for 10 min more than what I have already waited for my food and drove home. I called up to the store when I noticed some of my food was missing and cold. I asked before I left if everything was in my bag there and the crew members told me it was. apparently multiple managers on duty the one I talked to on the phone wasted my time and money said she would not replace my food if I went up their so by the time I was home all my food was cold and still did not get what I wanted at the end of the day. didn’t even get what I asked for and will be calling corporate in regards to this store I have worked at multiple fast food restaurants and the customer is always right. I am always giving money to this restaurant and for me to be treated like that is uncalled for. Manager could not even give me my coupons back to go to another location. Poor customer service manager even had her crew members involved as well as cussing and laughing in regards to my order. the manager that I spoke with on the phone told me everything was in my bag when bagged it and when I went up their she said she never said that it was another manager which I know was a lie because I know their is usually one manager on closing duty. Read moreMy guilty pleasure- Arby’s Beef N Cheddar. You might think it’s gross, I don’t care. I love ‘em. Where I call home doesn’t have an Arby’s anymore, so whenever I travel I treat myself once on that trip to a beef n cheddar. At this particular Arby’s, the staff was awesome. Super friendly and prompt. Thought they were great. I did drive thru, so I didn’t rate the “atmosphere”. lol I’ve been to so many different Arby’s that ya can’t help comparing how each makes their beef n cheedars. I wanted to give this place 5 stars based on their staff alone. But the sandwich…. Perfectly hot. Like, maybe the best temperature roast beef I’ve had from an Arby’s. Not too hot to burn your mouth but hot enough that it was right on the money. I was thrilled. Roast beef was delicious. But the cheese sauce. Did the person fall asleep? I don’t think I’ve ever had a double beef n cheddar with so little cheese sauce ever. Like if I didn’t know what I had ordered, I might mistaken it for just a roast beef sandwich. Don’t get me wrong, there was cheese sauce on it, I have just never seen so little. Read moreWent through the drive-through and ordered mozzarella sticks. To be given ones that were cold. So I went back to the drive-through and nicely asked for some to be made fresh. The lady on the speaker, who I later find out is the general manager, was very rude. She did not believe that the ones she gave me were cold. They gave me a new set of mozzarella stick. I pull out make it two blocks down the road to realize that these are cold in the center. They’re not even cooked all the way through!! I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just do your job properly. So , I call see if I can get their store number and her name to make a complaint to the corporate office to which she wanted to argue with me on the phone that I am wrong and she right and cooked them properly. Like I’ve never eaten a mozzarella stick before. I will never return this facility. If I could give it zero stars I would! That woman does need belong in a customer service setting....
