Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kerman

Excuse me sir I paid for my pizza with cash in which you handled and you immediately went to the line to make the pizza without washing your hands or putting gloves on....

Dominos Employee: "Well, when the pizza goes in our oven, the fire and heat kills off all the germs an bacteria so uh😐....i dont see it as a problem."

Me: Are you serious? Have you been doing this all day? To everyone? Have you washed your hands even once?!

Dominos Employee: "I've been doing it this way since Ive started working here. Look, its no big deal if you want me to wash my hands i'll wash my hands. I don't because it takes time away from being productive and the fire kills all germs."

Me: Unbelievable😤. Yes please thoroughly wash your hands. Im feeding 4 toddlers. I am not trying to deal with explosive diarrhea an stomach viruses.

Dominos Employee: "They'll be fiine. 🙄"

(1 minute later)

Me: Sir?😤😡 is that pizza mine?

Dominos Employee: "Uh...This one yes."

Me: Thats the one you started making before you washed your hands and you went back to finish making it as if the contamination disappeared bro c'mon.

Dominos Employee: "BRO the fire in the oven will kill off all the Germs and bacteria."

Me: visibly irritated I donated 3 pizzas to the needy at the park, 1st telling them the young man who made them probably picked his nose or scratched his bum while making it.

These kid employees have very little to no standards or respect for others, especially while on the job. They cannot recognise or...

Please do not call in with any complaints to this Domino's location or they will be-little you make fun of you and laugh at you..and discriminate you before they hang up..Spoke to manager in charge Laura and the store manager was also notified..So they can't say the manager wasn't aware..Store manger gives the direction to employees to blow off the customers..This is my first complaint after getting my order messed up the last 3 times..enough is enough..I dont care how good the deals can be the service...

I came in today at around 7PM, I placed my order around 6:40pm, the lady on the phone had said it would be 25-30minutes. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light tomato sauce. I didn’t ever say extra light I just said light sauce. I got home and the pizza seemed old like the free medium unpaid pizzas the girl had given me as well. The crust wasn’t fresh, it was hard like stale when biting into it. I’ve never had this issue before when asking for light sauce, but this time...
