Good food when they get it right. I mean, how hard is it to NOT put pickles and mustard on a cheese burger? We asked for management and were not told who the General Manager of the restaurant was, instead I had to inform Kyle that I knew exactly who his manager was, Jackie. Assistant Manager Kyle also wanted to argue that he knows we are "regulars", and always makes sure our food is right. Then why are we back, yet again to fix a cheeseburger that's supposed to be PLAIN. This happens EVERY time and because of that I was quite rude. I am always polite when ordering and usually don't make a fuss when my order is wrong, I just exchange it and leave. But when it's a weekly occurrence over the course of months, somebody needs to be supervising the food that's on the order screen and whoever is making the food. While we were waiting for our replacement one of the younger female workers stated "I think someone at the window is trying to get somebody's attention." and then proceeded to avoid them as though it wasnt her job. There was also a man who walked in that had to wait to get his order taken while Kyle and 3 younger crew members were just standing about. To top it off apparently you must also hand back the incorrect food that you've already paid for and made a trip back to the restaurant about or else they will refuse to replace it. Of course I was LIVID! (Yes we brought it with us and the order was even taken correctly on the receipt, props to the older woman that took our order she was kind, said she remembered the order and apologized. It wasn't her fault by any means). I'll be respectful next time I'm getting food just please focus on producing food and an enviroment...
Read moreEveryone is complaining about the slow service, but I would be ok with that if anything else was worth a damn. A few highlights from my most recent trip include the fact they don't have snickers anymore???? Who thought that was a good idea? Did the snickers take up to much room, and they had to get rid of them so they could get something better than snickers? That can't be it because we all know there is nothing better than snickers. That was followed up by the fact that they didn't turn my blizard upside down (again). Maybe they aren't supposed to turn them upside down, and someone just hung all 140 of the upside-down blizard signs wrong. Looking back on it I bet that was it. I have a ladder and can help turn them around. If they did turn my blizard upside-down it would have been ok because they insist on putting a lid on the blizard. This upsets me for several reasons. 1st, I asked them not to, and they said it was a health code issue. Hmmmm. The slimy floor must not be. 2nd, they scoop the top of my icecream off to make the drink lid fit instead of using a sundae lid. And C, I have nowhere to put the 5 icecream covered lids while the family eats their blizard so they usually just snd up making a mess on my cars interior. Eitherway I'm sure I will be back because I like icecream and they kind of have the market cornered on...
Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Supervisor didn’t actually want to speak with me, I had to ask TWICE while she stood there just looking over at me. Last THREE VISITS my food order has not been right or has been missing items!!! I had to travel back up after getting a cheeseburger this time when it was supposed to be the two cheese signature burger. The fact they throw away the wrong food they give out instead of saying it’s their mess up just keep it is incredibly tacky. On top of that we ordered a triple bacon backyard burger and THAT also wasn’t right!! No onion rings, they can’t even get their own ingredients right on their own signature sandwiches?? Lol what a joke. We spend a minimum $30 every visit here for our family to indulge. I will NEVER eat at this DQ location again. They need better training and better...
